A great family stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely clean, modern and conveniently located within a block from the beach. We were able to comfortably fit 8. Lots of nearby activities and food spots. Would certainly consider it again!

Long weekend with extended family

Check in was very smooth. Home is beautiful and in excellent condition. Bathrooms were very clean, which is a big deal. Floors weren't as clean, so vacuum cleaner came in handy. Quieter area than closer to boardwalk, (which we were thankful for), but still plenty of food and shopping in walking distance. Just a very short walk to the beach. Overall, a great long weekend!

WOW! Spacious and luxurious super clean and nice

This place was perfect for our family to gather together. Check-in was seamless. Very responsive host. Clean and luxurious. It was so fun and comfortable for everyone. Games in the living room were so fun and all the balconies in the nice weather couldn't be beat! To be so close the the beach in such a large home was great. We can't wait to book again for the summer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Beautiful Ocean Block Home With Pool

We loved the house. It was clean & well stocked. There are a lot of great activities within walking distance. Having a private pool with a group of young kids was clutch. Street parking was not an issue, & the beach in this area is not crowded. There are only a few downsides to this property. The living / dining area is small in comparison to the size of the house. There is only dining seating for ten & living room seating for eight. The decks are very narrow.

Nice house for our group

We enjoyed our stay in North Ocean City. It's a much quieter part of the OC area. However, the house is right on Coastal Hwy, so it can get a bit noisy with traffic. The bedrooms had noise machines which was nice. The home is a very short walk to the beach. We felt that some of the floors and rugs, especially in the bathrooms had not been cleaned before our visit. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. I recommended that the home enlist the services of a towel and linen company for the future. Otherwise, I would suggest that guest bring along extra towels, as we were given 1 towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom, and no washcloths or bath mats. The towels were thin and small, just as a heads up.

Directly next to highway

This property is literally separated from a 6 lane highway by a sidewalk. Good luck sleeping at night when motorcycles and tricked out cars drive by. It’s only a couple minutes walk from the beach which was nice, but if you are traveling with older folks or kids, just be aware there are a lot of steps at this property. They had a nugget ice maker which was convenient, but beyond that, there wasn’t much upscale about it, including the leather veneer chair better off in a dumpster and paint peeling from the ceiling. They may want to think about an alternate cleaning crew as well - everyone’s feet were black after walking around inside for a few hours. Also ants everywhere upon arrival. I left ant baits - you’re welcome.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We loved staying at 144th street, and enjoyed both Fenwick attractions as well as Ocean City’s. We were initially disappointed at the cleanliness of the floors when we arrived as we watched everyone’s feet turn black (the area rugs may be due for a switch after so much traffic) and the lack of useable pots/pans as they were all scratched Teflon, but the owners were quick to reply on both fronts. We ended up purchasing a frying pan ourselves to use, a small price to pay for an otherwise great vacation house! I’m not sure whether the owners want renters to use the beach equipment in the downstairs closet, which was made available for us to use to stow all our gear, but if so, it would have been nice to know before we hauled all of ours. All of the 5 bedrooms are comfortable, light and airy. The three decks gave us some great spots to have coffee in the morning and cocktails at night! This was such a perfect location for us to stay with our 2 and 5 year old, and both sets of our parents. Close to food, ice cream, groceries, stores, and right across from the OC bus depot. Very easy to get around!

The experience was simple and very accurate with the online description. Would definitely stay there again. There was 10 adults all over 50 years and we were there for bike week.

Family Beach Week

We had family come in from Maryland and the Midwest. We enjoyed the property and its location to the beach. We did not know it was right next to the coastal road and the common pool, so we had to be careful with toddlers. Four cars did fit in the designated parking spaces but it was tight and pool water was splashed on some of the cars. It was a nice short walk to several attractions. The kitchen, bedrooms and outside supply closet were well stocked. There was a nice welcome sign for our family on the table. Suggest adding another bedside table in the top bedroom on the right.

OC Family Vaca 2022

We stayed at the 144th Street location from 7/5 through 7/12 and loved every minute of it. This 5 bedroom home's furnishings are all upscale and make a beach stay like a luxury vacation. We were greeted with a custom 'welcome' sign in the kitchen (great touch). All appliances are high-end; it almost feels like a chef's kitchen. In fact, my husband was so in love with the icemaker that he filled two coolers a day (one for beach beverages and snacks; the other for personal ice consumption)...LOL. All kidding aside, the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses and the en-suite bathrooms are wonderful. The location (oceanside) is fantastic. It is just a short walk to the beach, movie theatre and mini-gold. Perfect location! Also, the house is right next door the Ponzetti's Pizza (which was great), DeVito's Italian Deli/Sub shop (fresh-baked sub rolls daily), and the Fractured Prune (hot donuts anyone)? You cannot go wrong staying at this OC beachfront home.

Great Weekend

Absolutely loved this place. The description was accurate and place was immaculate very roomy . We loved it so much looked at dates for summer but our week was taken😢. We will be back again

Nice location in North OC

We had a lovely time celebrating thanksgiving in OC at this rental. Kitchen fully stocked. First night was a bit chilly as heating unit did not kick in as expected but hosts sent HVAC timely to fix for rest of the trip. Great location, right on coastal highway - can hear cars late at night but easy access in and out. Only six of us vs ten came for the week so we had more than enough room.

Beautiful upscale home

This place was super clean and a great location to the beach. Overall an excellent rental but could use some new towels, a little more cleaning supplies and some beach chairs

Where do I begin?

My career demands a lot of travel and I have stayed at many short term properties. However this home was by far the absolutely best property that I’ve experienced. Where do I begin? The booking process was seamless and we even caught a FABULOUS deal. When we arrived we were greeted with a personalized welcome sign which was such a special touch. At first sight I feel In love with the space. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The appliances are state of the art and the furnishings are quality, not a lot of cheap furnishings like many places we’ve stayed. The beds are from another world. I haven’t slept that comfortably in a very long time. We are definitely going mattress shopping!!! The comforters were great quality as well. It was the little details that meant the most! The kitchen is equipped with every kitchen tool you will ever need it was simply unbelievable ( we are foodies and the kitchen is important). This place even has Expensive vacuum cleaners all over the house (not allowed to say the brand)! I could go on about this place but honestly you MUST experience it for yourself. We left feeling as over the moon with joy and gratitude. Thank you Samantha and Bob, it’s apparent that you take pride in your property. This will be our go to whenever we are in area.
