We welcome you, your family and friends to stay at our luxury, Newly Built, beautifully furnished, & decorated 3 BA 3.5 BR w/ 2 parking garage spaces plus free street parking, fully stocked kitchen, and an outdoor pool on 25th street. Relax and enjoy the AMAZING VIEW on the water front from our triple balconies, just 2 blocks from the BOARDWALK & the beach. Steps from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park and many miniature golf courses. Within walking distance are restaurants/, shopping, & nightlife.

We gladly welcome you to bring your furry family member(s) up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs or cats to our unit year-round to enjoy the beach and boardwalk with a one-time Pet Fee of $95 per stay.

However, please note that per Ocean City's pet policy and regulation, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk from May 1 to September 30.
They are permitted between October 1 and April 30.

Unattended pets must be crated.

The Space

This luxury townhouse (Newly Built) has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining family and friends, accommodate up to 13 people and central air conditioning.

After waking up in the morning, you can sit out on our 3 balconies to enjoy the waterfront or you can walk right out to the boardwalk for exercise or rent a 4-wheeled bicycle with family or friends and drive around the boardwalk to create beautiful memories.

The property is included with a deeded boat slip directly out your front door, and there is plenty of room to park your boat or dock it during the rental (about 100 meters from Assawoman Bay).

*** Important Note: Linens and towels are not included in the rental rate but can be rented from a third-party provider online. If you choose not to rent bed linens and towel packages, please ensure you bring your own.

There is a Dunkin’ Donuts and Happy Jacks Pancake House right when you walk out. Steps from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park and many miniature golf courses and restaurants.

The distance from the property to the beach/boardwalk is approximately 600ft (about 2 blocks). It is just a quick walk to the beach/boardwalk, 3-4 minutes walk. We are located on 25th Street between downtown and midtown and on the bayside next to water.

It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, a Keuriq, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, central air conditioning unit, an outdoor foot shower, and an outdoor pool (The outdoor pool is open from May 28, 2022 to October 23, 2022).

The first floor offers a spacious 2 car garage with a large storage space for all your beach gear.

Once walk inside the first floor, the first bedroom has a queen bed w/ a television, and a full private bathroom. (sleeps 2)

On the second floor, you can enjoy the spacious living room that is furnished with a comfy couch-sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), armchairs, and flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Also off the living area is a bathroom. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and wide, just right for grabbing a quick bite.

On the third floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms.

The second bedroom (master bedroom) has a king-size bed w/trundle, a television, and a private bathroom (sleeps 3).

The third bedroom has a 2 full bunk-bed-over-bunk bed, a television (sleeps 7) and a private bathroom.

Such a great location close to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping & walks to the bay or the beach.

**Linens and Towels Policy

*Linen policies can vary among hosts in Ocean City. In our case, we offer the choice for guests to either bring their own linens (sheets) and towels OR choose a 3rd party linen service.

*Websites will be provided upon booking.

*Should you choose not to, you must provide your own bed linens (sheets) and towels.

*All the beds are covered with water-resistant bed padding protectors over the mattress.

*Remember to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and toiletries. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens and towels are not included in the rate but can be rent from a third party online.

This property is non-smoking and rents to families, married couples, or responsible adults over the age of 21.

*For weekly rentals, check-in dates are available any day of the week.

*Mini weeks are available any day of the week for check-in with 3 night stay minimum.

*For the safety of our guests, all children or guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their legal guardian.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), pods (2/stay), and laundry detergent (2 cubes/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
