There was mold in the room and the paint was peeling off the walls and my room smelled like mold had to keep the door open and no one came into clean my room either the whole time I was there and there was holes in the ceiling. And the bed sheets were dirty.

Mildew smell, dirty, and damp!

Upon arrival and walking into the hotel I could tell previous reviews I read, had been false. It was dirty, old, wet. We got into our room and the first thing I noticed was the very strong odor of mildew. Just so damp and wet. There was rotted floor boards in the bathroom, and just overall very poor conditions. I called the desk and told them our room smelled very badly of mildew and requested to be moved. He said there was one room left and offered it to us, but it still needed to be cleaned. Okay, no worries. So we did. I’d say it was about 30% less of a mildew smell than the previous room. It just felt very damp in the room. Also, no toiletries so make sure you have that packed. We did not stay our whole reserved time because it was so terrible. I will not return. We also had our 3 year old son with us who became very congested after the first night there.

The most dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been. The sticky elevators, floors, carpet and smelly bathrooms. Your skin sticks every surfaces you touched. Cleaning cart with trash park in the hallway for days and it smells. Breakfast is horrible! Never coming back!!!

1st off when we got into our room it was hot , smelled like weed and the bathroom sink was clogged. The hotel staffs should check each room to make sure everything is working properly. The tv didnt work and come to find out it was the remote controller that was f’ed. Maintenance came by and replaced it. The front desk staff did however bring in a fan for us to use while the ac is running. Wished they had carpet instead of bare floors. If you want housekeeping youd have to request for it. Ive never experienced such a thing. Every other hotel housekeeping always came unless you put a sigh outside your door saying do not disturb. They wont bother you to clean the room. The gym there was $hit. The breakfast food was $hit too. Ive never tasted dry eggs. Didnt know that was a thing! I was not impressed at all. Never going back to this hotel again. We traveled with ou r2 little ones. Infant and a toddler.

Booked because of the great reviews, but I’m not sure where those people stayed to leave them. We were there for 4 nights and no one ever cleaned the hall or the elevators. Our room floor was dirt stained except for the high traffic area in front of the mirror. There was no fan in the bathroom, so there was mold starting to grow along the ceiling line. There was no daily housekeeping, so had to go to the desk for towels, washcloths and TP. Shower only has 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash. I’m usually not picky about breakfast, but it was not good except for the waffles. We only tried it one morning then went elsewhere. No chairs on the balcony like the pictures depict. They try to cover up the damp/dog/weed smell in the hall with some strong pine air freshener. But, you could smell the bleach on the towels and bedding so that was a plus. Unfortunately, it’s just another typical OCMD hotel. 👎
