Conveniently located in the heart of Ocean City on 14th street & the bayside. A large, luxury corner unit bay front, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 1 half bath condo, perfect for families. Property is 2,000 sq ft and includes two spacious balconies to view Harbor Island Marina and the White Marlin Open scales. A short 3 block walk to the boardwalk and beach.
The space
Light filled 2,000 SF condo overlooking Harbour Island Marina and row balcony views of the White Marlin Open and AMAZING sunsets. Beautifully and tastefully furnished! The unit includes 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and large private bathroom with dual sinks, a spacious shower and an oversized jetted tub. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and a private full bathroom and lastly, the third bedroom has 4 bunds, 2 twins and 2 doubles with a private attached bathroom. Laguna Vista offers a heated Indoor Pool for guests to enjoy plus assigned covered parking. Easy bay access thru the Harbour Island marina and a short walk to the Reel Inn restaurant. The beach and boardwalk are a short 3 block walk. When you return from the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower to rinse prior to entering the unit.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo. You will enter through a key pad on the front door which is changed after each guest. Once the booking is confirmed you will be given your unique code to access the unit two weeks prior to check-in. You are welcome to check-in anytime after 4pm.

Early check-ins, and late check-outs are extremely hard to accommodate due to cleaning and maintenance schedules. Please do not assume these can be accommodated. If you would like more time, please book accordingly. Thank you for understanding!

PLEASE READ! Our condo is a true second home and we ask our guests to treat it like a home, not a hotel. Strict rules will apply to all rentals at Laguna Vista. No pets, No smoking anywhere on the property including balconies, parking garages or dock (no exceptions), No foul language, No loud noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am. 2 cars per unit only, one in the reserved spot, one in a guest spot that is first come, first serve. A maximum of 8 guests are permitted, including children and babies. Guests violating rules may be removed without warning or refund and will be financially liable for HOA violations. This complex is a residential community with very few rental units. Please respect your neighbors and our beautiful property.
