Great place and so close to the beach
Four adults came for the Rock the Beach festival. Convenience to the festival cannot be beat! Parking was super convenient. Just a warning that the entrance to the unit requires a walk up some steep outside steps (and one railing was a bit wobbly) so be prepared. The place overall was clean and well maintained though we did find a few ants around the trashcan area. There were a ton of cleaning products in the pantry and bathrooms which was nice but no ant spray or traps - the bleach spray worked fine around the wall base. One full bathroom is downstairs and one is upstairs where all 3 bedrooms are located so if more than one bedroom is being used somebody may need to use the downstairs bathroom. Found it odd that there were no baking pans or small frying pan but the large one worked fine for cooking and we used the broiler pan to bake biscuits. Only one TV was used by us and you may need to use your own Roku account or create one, we have Roku so it was fine and we just removed our information when we left. One of the dining room chairs was in the bedroom closet upstairs for some reason - we didn't need it so we left it there. I guess maybe because it was the first time being used we noticed some of the ice in the ice maker was brownish so if used you may want to dump the first or second batches of ice. Overall we were happy with the place and would definitely stay there again but wanted to give some helpful tips to future renters.
