Ocean Block townhouse with a pool! 4 oversized bedrooms, two of which are ensuites! Sleeps 17, with 3.5 bathrooms. Best part, you do not have to cross the highway to get to the beach. The townhouse boasts a spacious 2-car garage with a ductless mini-split system. There is a total of 3 parking spaces. Directly on the Maryland-Delaware line, there are several restaurants nearby. Also, there is mini golf, a waterpark, and the OC bus station within walking distance of the townhouse!

Soccer Tournament Weekend

We rented this unit with 2 other families for a soccer weekend. The house was ready, clean, and had all amenities as promised. In addition, the owner worked with our departure time since the girls had a very early game! Location is ideal - easy access to food, entertainment, and BEACH! Hope to be back next year to stay for the same tournament! Thank you!!

Spacious place!

We had a great stay here. John was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Very easy to walk to beach. Spacious townhouse with room for everyone and plenty of balconies. Couple things to note that were not as clear in listing (but did not change our experience); there are three flights of stairs in the building: one from garage to the first floor bedrooms, another to the kitchen/common space, and a third to the final set of bedrooms (just something to keep in mind if anyone elderly or with limited mobility is looking to book) and the building is directly on a busy street so bring noise machines if you have light sleepers! No paper products, but plenty of bath towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided which was very useful. Thank you!
