Very clean, comfortable, and perfect location to access the ocean and some of our favorite restaurants, I had no real issues that needed reported during the stay. There was a problem with the dryer prior to our stay but they already had it set up for repair at our check in. The vertical blinds are missing some slats. 3 people in our party thought the beds are too hard for comfort.Well stocked kitchen with thoughtful extras like an air fryer, blender, 2 style coffee pots,...There is a guy, clearly isn't an owner or a renter of Oceans Colony ,who gained access to the private pool; he made some of our party feel uneasy.Other than that, place is great We are interested in coming back for 2027!

Beautiful

We have stayed in many of the Ocean Colony condos. Wonderful location and always a great time. Unit 11 was one of the cleanest and comfortable. The agent for the property was super nice and responded to all my questions and concerns. The only downfall was the key pick up and drop location. It was quite a bit out of our way and added almost an hour to our 8 1/2 hour trip. It probably wouldn’t have been that long without traffic.
