This is the one! A fun, relaxed beach experience with luxury amenities. Spacious, newly-remodeled two bedroom, two full bath condo on 22nd floor of oceanfront building. Gorgeous views of Ocean, Bay, and Town. Brand new furniture and appliances throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and explore Ocean City, with a year-round indoor pool, huge game room and snack shops for winter months or bad weather days. Sleeps 8 comfortably in a king, a full, two twins, and a pull out queen sleeper. Strong, private Wi-Fi, 50” and two 32” flat screen HDTVs with Amazon fire stick. DVD player. Electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, dining table for six, large breakfast counter. Coffee maker, Keurig coffee pod maker, instapot, large electric griddle, toaster, microwave, blender, hand mixer, etc. Puzzles, games, movies, books, and some beach chairs and toys provided. Brand new flooring and paint throughout. Building is in a great central location close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Perfect for families, couples, and memorable getaways!
We offer linens for your stay for $100 for all beds and the pullout sofa. Please let us know in advance. The sheets will be bagged and in the condo when you arrive. You can then just leave them on the bed when you leave. The unit is on the 22nd floor of the The Quay on 107th st.

Relaxing extended weekend

Cozy condo was a great fit for my parents, myself, and my two kids. Staying on the beach was so convenient. The details in the 3 ring binder (to include menu options) was helpful. Washer and dryer were quiet and worked great. All appliances were working and clean. Lots of kitchen utensils, dishes, and space. You just need to bring the food, the storage bags/containers, and your aluminum foil/saran wrap. The 4 stars for cleaning was because there was visible dust and dirt when we lifted the hallway rug (my mom uses a walker). I didn’t think I should have to clean 5 minutes after walking in the door. Floor rugs are easy to clean under thankfully. We brought our own linens.We didn’t need anything but the owners were responsive before and after the trip. Parking is ONLY one space. Parking across the street and up a bit is cheaper than on property and an easy walk. Catholic Church is a 10 minute walk. Several other churches within a 2 block radius. I would recommend this unit for sure and we’d love to go back.

Family vacation for a week. Right on the beach. The balcony was nice. There is a super market right down the street so we cooked more meals there than we ever have on previous vacations which saved a couple bucks so that was nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Close to restaurants, beach & bus stop. Has a nice indoor & out door pool, 3 elevators. Sheets are not included in price but you can pay extra for that. Kitchen is well equipped with everything, but only had 1 hand towel to use. Make sure you bring paper towels, extra toilet paper, coffee for keurig machine. Condo even had small coolers for us to use. which was great to carry drinks & snacks for a day at the beach.
