Direct oceanfront condo situated on Ocean City’s famous boardwalk. This condo offers three bedrooms, two full-bathrooms and an open living area. The living area features the living room, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large, covered, private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The first bedroom features a queen bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a double bed. The third bedroom features a set of bunk-beds and a twin trundle bed with a second twin bed. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. The building has a prime location on the north end of the boardwalk away from all of the hustle and bustle, yet is only a short walk away from restaurants, shopping, amusements and much more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Memorial Day Get Away

The unit was the perfect size and location for my family. We especially enjoyed the short walk out to the boards and beach. The oceanfront balcony was also a wonderful place for meals and socializing.

overall the condo was really nice, great deck on the boardwalk. Third floor - will a bunch of steps. only an issue for those who have issues with stairs. place was very clean

Unresponsive Owner

Upon arriving the cleaning crew was just leaving. They left one key for 3 adults. I was informed that the owner only wants one key for the unit. There is a lock box OUTSIDE and you are expected to run up 3 floors, let yourself in then run down 3 floors and put the key in the lockbox for the next person. The garbage disposal was broken and the sink would back up. On Tues my daughter wanted to do a couple loads of laundry. There were 3 garbage bags of laundry left on top of the machine. I put them in the hallway and called the rental office to have it picked up twice, it was still sitting there when we left. We did 2 loads of laundry only to find out the dryer didn’t work so we had laundry hanging everywhere to dry. The owner does not answer messages or the phone so don’t even try! The rental office was supposed to contact him and get back to me, didn’t happen.
