Located at Old Landing Road in North Ocean City, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy unforgettable beach time with friends and family!

We have stayed here twice already. We stay for Bike Week and this location is far enoughaway from the noise, but close enough to get to all the action! Two small things that would be helpful. A couple of towel hooks in the bathroom and a cbaking sheet for the kitchen.

Great Updated Bayfront Condo

This condo appears to have been updated very recently. It is modern, clean, and well stocked. The screened-in balcony is very peaceful and spacious. The walk to the beach is just a few blocks away. Very central to Fenwick, Bethany and Southern OC. The complex has a great pool. Put this one at the top of the list.

The condo was clean and modern, had lots of the little things you need on a vacation.

Clean and modern.The rental agent answered all our texts when we had questions quickly. the steps to the third floor were a lot but doable. Pool and location good. Had cool sunset views and could watch birds and other wildlife from the screened porch. Good bonding time. A list of recommended restaurants and things to do would help a bit.

Perfect vacation spot!

A 2 minute walk to the beach. Condo was immaculate, modern, with all of the amenities. Pool (visible from front door) is gorgeous, well kept and had a life guard. Sunsets off the enclosed back porch are to die for. Instructions provided were complete and accurate. Property management was friendly and responsive.

Perfect!

A perfect stay for us- my husband and I, our 5yo daughter, and my in laws. Frosty mugs in the freezer upon arrival, a huge selection of board games, an incredibly beautiful view from the gigantic screened in porch, and a pretty big bathtub were just a few of the amenities we really enjoyed. The swimming pool was huge and located right across from the building. It really was the perfect stay for us. I would warn however there is no elevator so if one is elderly or unable to get around too easily this may be an issue. Outside of that I can’t think of a single negative. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year!
