Our condo features a large furnished private enclosed patio/courtyard that greets you when you open the gate. Then walk into a beautifully interior decorated condo.

The spacious family area has a sliding door to let in the sunlight and the cool breeze. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed for a good night sleep and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second bedroom has two comfortable beds, queen and full size. It also has a sliding door to let in the sunlight. The hall bathroom boosts a separate shower and a soaking tub for relaxing your cares away! We are equipped with free and private high speed WIFI if you need to work or your child has an assignment. There’s a smart TV in every room for your convenience and family fun!

After your family returns from soaking up the sun and building sand castles at the beach, rinse away the beach sand with our outdoor shower. The kids can select a decorative hook on the fence to hang their towels to dry.

There's free reserved parking in front of the condo entrance or nearby. Because our condo is on the first floor, there's no need to climb stairs with your luggage or ride an elevator to your vacation destination!

Enjoy the free resort-style amenities! Leave behind the hustle and bustle and dive into a world of leisure and recreation. Take a dip in the seasonal outdoor swimming pool or year round indoor swimming pool, and relax in the sauna! Enjoy a game of tennis, racketball, and pickleball on the courts. We provide our guests with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach wagon, boogie boards, and beach/pool toys for the kids to help create cherished memories for all! We also supply crabbing nets!

Our kitchen features brand new kitchen appliances, cookware, dining ware, and utensils! Our pantry has essential spices for any meal. Sit in our furnished courtyard area under the umbrella to enjoy your meal or in the cool evening air.

Don't want to cook? You'll also a five minute walk to dining—seafood, pizza, and other cuisine restaurants. There's something to please every palate! You can also shop for gifts and souvenirs.

Enjoy Northshore Park! It’s a bike ride or a short car drive away. It has playgrounds for the kids and hosts "Sundaes in the Park With Fireworks" in July thru September 1st. And of course, no visit to Ocean City would be complete without a stroll along the iconic Ocean City boardwalk!

* Unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25 years old.
* No food or drinks in bedrooms.
* Absolutely no smoking/vaping in unit or patio, $250 fine.
* Max occupancy 6. Fine $100 per person each night if over 6 and/or subject to cancelled reservation.
