The spacious, modern living room is furnished with a sofa and a large flat screen TV. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the sleek, fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television and a private bathroom. Overall we were very happy and satisfied. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Very easy access to the beach. We only wish there was a pool.

Wonderful time!
I recently stayed here with my husband and two kids (ages 7 and 2). We loved watching dolphins every day from the balcony and taking walks on the beach every night! The condo was perfect for us and would recommend this to anyone!

Great Labor Day Week
Nice place. It would have been nicer too have the bedroom face the beach to have the sunrise to wake to. Anyways a really great unobstructed view of the ocean. Fantastic sunrises and moon rises. Never stayed midtown before but would definitely do so again.. If you happen to stay here go check out the front windows of Denny's. They have alcohol related neon signs in them. ????? LOL. Never asked management about them.

Great Mid-town location for this beautiful condo
If you love to wake up to sunrises & dolphins- this is where you want to be! Pleasantly surprised at how beautifully appointed this spacious 1 BR condo was. (Photos are before). Fully stocked kitchen & plenty of space for your stuff! It was just me & hubby, but plenty of room for more on pullout sofa + 2 cots in LR. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants off 62nd St & Market on 64th. I have a feeling we’ll be back!
