In the lively North Ocean City area, you can find your ideal beach vacation spot right here in this lovely 1-bedroom apartment. Nestled just a short walk from the renowned Ocean City Beach .

Unwind in the pool and kids pool. Stay connected with the complimentary high-speed WiFi, and indulge in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Relax in the air-conditioned comfort, or step out onto the private balcony and outdoor courtyard by the pool. We have laundry facilities on each floor for a charge. We do supply sheets and towels but not pool towels. There is a small cooler for your use. No beach chairs supplied. We do start you off with toilet paper and paper towels but you supply the rest.

Great Condo

GREAT location. Condo was beautiful. Property was well maintained. Did not go to the beach, but they had beach badges for guests. Minutes from many good restaurants.Our visit was to attend my granddaughters softball tournament. Spent our days at ball fields.

This unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Check-in and Ck-out was a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The property grounds and pool were clean and beautiful. The people we encountered at this property were all friendly and helpful, including the grounds keepers. We would stay here again in a heart beat!!

Highly recommend!

This is our first time trying VRBO and this property in particular. Great location, near everything you may need or want to see. The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the perfect size for my wife and I. Will definitely contact this owner when we return for the next trip. BTW, Lizzies Cafe & Bistro is walking distance and has excellent food, service and ambiance!

Just what we needed!

This property was such a cute home base for our beach stay. It had everything we needed and we all slept comfortably. We enjoyed the pool and the next-door mini-golf and the short walk to the 140th street beach. Thank you!

Our trip was amazing! We were one block from the beach and had every kind of store within walking distance. The pool was clean and had enough seating. The condo was so clean, updated and plenty of room.

NIce condo but owner was inconsiderate

The condo was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. Midweek the owner entered the condo without any forewarning or notice, using her key and unlocking both the door lock and dead bolt. She entered the living room with a box and after questioning, announced she was Pat Kelly and she wanted to replace a bed, which should have waited until our rental contract was over. Needless to say, this was an invasion of our privacy and made for an uncomfortable situation, which continued for the rest of our stay.

Dismayed

Received a "to do" list prior to the stay by mail. Received another list when we arrived. Even though I was charged a large sum for cleaning, expected to clean, scrub, and sweep prior to leaving or be charged more fees. Also both letterswas "toned", negatively, giving the start of our vacation off to a bad start. Also ac didn't cool the unit adequately, and allow a musty odor in some rooms due to no circulation. Also being over 60, was not provided in description that unit was on the 2nd floor, even though it had an elevator, still caused difficulties. Will not rent or lease any more through private owners, will stay with the convenience of hotels with service and better values, and locations.

Beautiful condo in North Ocean City. Convenient to restaurants and a very short walk to the ocean. Orleans Court offers two pools, plenty of parking, and a quiet courtyard for relaxing. Definitely hope to visit again.
