Decorator furnishings throughout, three full baths, gourmet kitchen, oceanfront balcony, laundry room and more. The Gateway features an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room and a game room for the children. You will experience a truly wonderful vacation week at the Gateway. Bed sizes include a king, a queen, and two single beds and a trundle and a queen sleep sofa.
Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This unit provides storage cage access for storing your beach gear which is located on the beach access road. Guests are welcome to use owner's beach gear, including chairs.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, unit rents Saturday to Saturday all season.
$151 registration fee due with reservation. Must supply tag number for each vehicle.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
