The Tower-West Ocean City

Welcome to an exceptional beach vacation property. This 3Bed, 4Bath, 3,000 sq. ft. custom built beach house is close to Ocean City to enjoy all the activities that it has to offer but away from all the noise so that you can relax and enjoy your ideal vacation. The property is conveniently located in very popular West Ocean City, which is next to the downtown RT. 50 bridge that connects to Ocean City. You will be minutes away from the beach, the boardwalk, the outlet stores, and the local golf courses.Its an easy trip to downtown Ocean City and the beach. You will be able to walk to the "Park and Ride" for town transit over to the island which can be beneficial if you don't want to have the hassle of finding parking in town. For people that love to fish or boat, there are 2 marinas within walking distance that would satisfy your waterman desires. Both locations also have restaurants that offer incredible seafood menus. West Ocean City offers some of the finest seafood restaurants. This is a non-smoking, three level, single family home. The driveway will accomodate 6 vehicles.

On the first floor, you will enjoy the rec room that has a pool table, custom bar, board games for the family nights in, and a sectional for watching movies. There is a 1st floor rear deck with a private backyard to enjoy.
On the second floor, the sleeping areas are divided into 3 bedrooms: the front bedroom has 2 queen beds, middle bedroom has a full bed and a Bunk bed (twin over full), the master has a queen bed with a large on suite bathroom, the hall has a full bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms to share; there is also on-site laundry.
The third floor (the main living area), shows off the surrounding views from the Kitchen and Living Rooms. 2 decks have all you need to sit down and relax after a busy day on the island. The Kitchen features quartz counters & stainless steel appliances.

This house was perfect for us in size and location. We had a golf trip and were about 10-15 minutes from each course we played. Being over the bridge from Ocean city was very convenient because we were close enough without being in the craziness. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

The property came as expected. Everything was clean upon arrival and the location was perfect for what we visited for. The host was great with communication whenever we had a question, as well as making sure we were able to check in smoothly. Highly recommend for visiting Ocean City!

Incredible Experience at The Tower

My team and I couldn’t say enough good things about this location. The house is incredible. The rooms are a great size and all the amenities were top-notch. It’s local to basically everything you would need for an Ocean City, Maryland experience. Kevin maintain great communication and we’re grateful for such a great host. We’re hopeful to be back next year.

My family came from 5 different states to attend a wedding in OC and were surprised to learn no linens were supplied. Upon contacting the owner, we were able to get these supplies for a fee. All things considered, we would definitely stay here again. It is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved this house!

Rented this house for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Three floors with a lot of sleeping space and common areas. The host was very accommodating and the check in, check out process was extremely easy.

Great location. Short trip (or walk) to just about everything OC. 5 min to beach and boardwalk, and inlet. There were plenty of great places to eat nearby. House was very clean and had plenty of room to sleep, relax, or just hang out after a long day at the beach. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation spot in Ocean City.

Everything about our trips was fantastic! There are so many different areas of the house to enjoy and hang out! The house was so clean, which during COVID is a huge plus!
