The property was in a great location. Everything was clean. Parking was good. The water pressure was good and hot. It was great to have a washer and dryer, although the dryer smelled a little funny. The beds were comfterble, the comforters, blankets and pillows were great. The air condittiong worked, the fan in the bedroom was awesome. We came for the fourth, so it was a little loud at night, but that’s to be expected. Would stay again.

The condo is very cute, updated, and clean, and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The only negative was that the door (with a digital lock/keypad) unlocked on its own twice after I locked it from the inside by turning the lock manually, once late at night when I was by myself. It was fine when using the keypad upon leaving and returning.

Oceans Calling Wknd at Oceans Terrace

Recently spent a weekend at Oceans Terrace during the Oceans Calling music fest weekend. The area was a quick car/bus drive away from the boardwalk and short walk from several stores. Easy beach access at the end of the street. Good value for the location.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was as advertised - extremely clean a great location. The beach there is wide with lots of room. The only thing I would advise is to know there is no elevator available and thus unit is on the 3rd floor. I may have missed that small detail when booking - but if you are physically fit - you will love this unit!!

We were on 69th street and that was a great location. The boardwalk starts on 27th, but we walked there and then took the bus back. It was very convenient. The next night, we walked in the opposite direction and took a bus back. We were able to cover the whole area. We were right near the beach and I loved not having to drag all of the beach stuff more than half a block. I would definitely stay here again. There's also a grocery store nearby that was very convenient. The location was also close to many restaurants, mini golf and ice cream.

Cute and clean place with parking on site. If stairs are a challenge, would recommend getting a unit on the ground or second levels. Futon mattress needs to be replaced. Paper products were not provided.

Nice Condo in Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the Condo is clean and well appointed. It is in a great location close to the beach and central to all things OCMD. My only concern was the front door lock was just a door knob lock (no deadbolt) which raises some security concerns. Hopefully a deadbolt can be added in the future.

The condo was nicely decorated and in a good location. There were a few issues that needed to be fixed. The toilet was loose and it ran every five minutes. We also had door issues that Dave from rental company rectified as quickly has possible. (Thanks again Dave).

Beach Condo Bliss, immaculate comfy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the minute we opened the door of the condo it was a perfect long weekend of bliss for the two of us. So relaxing sitting on the big wide comfy couch in the living room which was a pull out bed. Plenty of sitting space don't feel like your falling into the other person. Our bedroom was quite large with a ceiling fan. We were able to use the coat hangers and luggage rack. Lots of space for our clothes and other bags in our room. I liked being able to put bags under the bed when they were empty. I loved the use of space in this apartment. Even if we had two other people there was space for their luggage. I only cooked eggs twice and made myself cup of tea couple of times however there is two coffee type of machines and so many newer pans dishes etc in the cupboards. We love the nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. We loved that everything was so clean and new in the apartment. Nothing was spared. Did 'notice the light stand on the right didnt seem to be switching on when we arrived. My husband tried switching bulbs they worked and it was the actual lamp nearest closet in bedroom. (not a big deal) We would highly recommend great place and two seats out on deck to enjoy a great view as well and few steps to beach. We were able to take the B Bus on APP- Ocean City Mary Beach Bus $4 all day you can ride the Coastal Highway up and down we did to boardwalk and dinner.

Honestly, I wanna keep this place a secret. I am super big on cleanliness when traveling. To give you an example, I bring Lysol, mattress protectors, shower cleaner and my own vacuum cleaner. This place was THE CLEANEST we have ever stayed in 14 years. I didn’t have to do a thing to feel comfortable. Everything was as listed. It was perfect for our small family. We will be back!
