Sleeping arrangements:
Retreat to a private bedroom featuring a plush King bed with high-end linens and pillows for total relaxation. For extra guests, the living space offers a cozy sofa sleeper. We provide soft bath towels and all the essential toiletries you’ll need for a seamless stay.

Ideally placed between the energy of Downtown Oceanside and the charm of Carlsbad, you’re just a short walk from the coast’s top cafes, local breweries, and unique boutiques. Take a 25-minute stroll to the Oceanside Pier, enjoy a scenic bike ride along the shoreline, or make the 5-minute drive south to explore the heart of Carlsbad Village.

Guest access:
The suite is entirely yours for your stay. Please keep in mind that the building is home to long-term residents, and we kindly ask guests to respect the quiet, local character of the neighborhood.

You have private access to Garage #3 along with an extra spot directly in front of the garage door. Your unique garage code will be sent to you upon check-in.

Street Sweeping:
The city conducts street sweeping on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month before 10:00 AM. Please ensure your vehicle is not parked on the street during this time to avoid a ticket.

Nearby Train:
Oceanside is a historic coastal rail town. While a city noise ordinance has significantly reduced train horn frequency since 2023, you may occasionally hear a distant horn during low-visibility weather.

Great place close to beach !

Great space, perfect for two people. The train wasn’t loud at all and never woke us up in the night so don’t let that discourage you from booking this place! Nice gated courtyard area and easy laundry machines that accept card. I thought the price was great for a spot two blocks away from the beach. Roughly a 25 minute walk to downtown/Oceanside Pier which was perfect for walking off dinners! I definitely recommend this place for a couple:) Thanks Justin for having us!

Perfect beach stay

We loved our stay at Justin’s condo, my favorite part was the back patio area, it was also so convenient to have a full kitchen. The place was lovely, clean and quiet. Having the garage to park in was an added bonus. We will definitely be back, thanks you!

Oceanside Work & Play Stay

The King suite is in a very convenient location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The train that runs behind the property really wasn't much of a nuisance. I would not recommend the property for more than a couple due to the rock hard futon that a third person will need to sleep on. The King suite is priced for a lower budget and it was satisfactory. Justin really tried to make things right that had the stay starting off poorly. I appreciate his effort to resolve the issues.
