THE VIEW

You'll be entertained throughout the day watching surfers, boats, dolphins, sea lions, pelicans, and seasonal whales from your furnished balcony centered squarely west onto the ocean. You'll never miss a spectacular ocean sunset from this premium location.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy the ocean view while cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, tea kettle, and more. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table seats 6.

LIVING AREAS
In the main living room area, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on a comfortable leather couch and two chairs. Sit back and enjoy the flatscreen Smart TV or the cable at the end of a long day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The master bathroom features a large custom tiled walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
D18 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed where you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of waves crashing at night. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and both bedrooms have cable TV. There is also a Queen air mattress in the closet that can be used in the living room.

D18 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

**PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Awesome location

Just a stunning location right on the water with excellent views and ocean breezes. This condo is very comfortable with comfortable beds, pillows and furniture. The complex is also beautiful and worthy of a daily stroll to feed the fish and take in the beautiful flowers. Great walking location to the harbor and downtown.

We absolutely love this condo! As you walk in the front door there is an amazing ocean view. The condo also has a beautiful view from the master bedroom. The condo is very relaxing and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location and amazing views

We absolutely loved this property! The ocean view and sound of the waves can’t be beat. The place was very clean and very comfortable. We took walks to both the marina and the pier. There are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We will definitely be back for a longer stay and hopefully during warmer weather to enjoy the beach.

40th Anniversary

The condo was beautiful and any little question we had was answered promptly, also had a couple minor problems at condo and they were quickly resolved. Can’t wait to visit again! The view we had for sunsets were amazing!

Summer

This property was very clean and stocked with essentials to make meals at condo. We really enjoyed having the crock pot to make meals so we could eat after a nice day at the beach and not have to slave over the stove and really relax and enjoy our vacation. The view is amazing to enjoy while having meals in the patio and enjoying the ocean waves. Beds are very comfortable! Looking forward to coming back next year! North coast village is a great place to stay. Easy walk to the harbor for food or ice cream or sweets and shopping for souvenirs. Close to shopping and restaurants if you do not want to cook. The jacuzzi is amazing after a day at the beach or walking around town.

Nice but worn

This condo overlooks the ocean with stunning views. However that is all this place has going for it. It is stocked with the bare minimums and that is being generous. The layout is nice but carpet and hardly any lighting make this condo uninviting to say the least. It did have 6 beach towels for a family of 6 so that was nice. We ended up cooking and hanging out at our friends condo next door because this place was dismal and dark.

Great Location and amenities!

This condo is ideally located and provides a wonderful array of beach items and toys for your stay. The condo was beautiful and well designed. We did have live ants in the kitchen drawers and cupboards, but Raid was provided and it didn’t hurt our trip. I would suggest that the drawers and cupboards get a good cleaning as well as the kitchen floor. Overall, we would return!

A nice getaway

We had a great stay. It was perfect overlooking the ocean , the sound of the waves in the background. We would like to return, most likely try the ground floor unit next time.

Ants

The property is lovely. Cleanliness is satisfactory, but could be better. Cabinet knobs, side of refrigerator where trash can is, range, all need to be wiped down. Had a lot of trouble with ants even in the bedroom and bathroom. That said, I would stay again, but would bring 409 and ant killer.
