Lakeside cottage with private garden and pier. Pet-friendly.

INTERIOR: a small studio apartment of 40 m2 with 2 sofa beds, also ideal for families. It has a kitchenette, dining table and small bathroom inside. It is a simple accommodation, with everything you need (TV, Wifi) but certainly, the prime location is ideal for experiencing the lakefront garden.

OUTSIDE: The garden is lakefront, with a private gate access to the beach and private dock. Outside there is a hot shower, ideal after a swim in the lake, deck chairs and a table for dining. Also available to guests is private parking, a bbq (you must bring charcoal).
The main road from Lecco to Bellagio is behind the cottage, please expect some car noise during the night or traffic hours.

NATURE: We are only a few meters from the lake, so running into insects (spiders, moisture-loving bugs) is normal. We do what we can during cleaning, but if you have problems with this kind of fauna we recommend another type of accommodation.

PARKING: is directly in front of the cottage entrance and is private in an area where none can be found. You must remove the chain after retrieving the keys from the safe deposit box.

Possibility of using the ferry (Oliveto Lario and Onno stop a few minutes walk away) and buses connecting Lecco and Bellagio (always Onno stop).

City tax is mandatory and has to be paid locally. 1 eur per person per day. Free under 14 years. Free for stay over 8 nights.

Mooi direct asn het meer

Beetje tweeledig. Plek aan het meer is uniek met eigen tuin met aanlegsteiger. Dat is heerlijk, ook voor de honden.Het ligt echter aan een weg waar soms erg hard wordt gereden. In de vroege ochtend lijkt het of ze het huisje binnen rijden. Het huisje is klein , donker en wat smoezelig. Het slapen op de slaapbank is ook niet ideaal. De minpuntjes wegen alleen niet op tegen de ligging aan het meer. Wij komen nog erns terug.

Schön, aber laut

Die Lage am See ist wunderschön, wenn da nicht in 2 Metern Entfernung die KĂŒstenstrasse liegen wĂŒrde. Der gesamte Verkehr an der KĂŒste rauscht an unserer Unterkunft mit grosser LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung vorbei. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier garantiert verkehrt.

Nettes Cottage direkt am See

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Der Blick auf den See ist einmalig! Morgens direkt mit dem Kaffee auf dem privaten Steg gesessen, super. Dadurch das das GrundstĂŒck eingezĂ€unt ist, konnten die Hunde ohne Leine raus,ganz prima. Zur Nacht war es etwas laut,da die Straße direkt hinter dem Haus verlĂ€uft aber nach der ersten Nacht gewöhnt man sich schnell dran. Das Cottage ist ein etwas grĂ¶ĂŸeres Hotelzimmer mit Kochnische welches mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden wieder kommen.

Magnifique vue uniquement de l'extérieur.

L'intĂ©rieur est trĂšs "Ă  l'ancienne" cachet cabane de pĂȘche... Dommage que la fenĂȘtre donnant sur le lac ne soit pas utilisable, Ă  rĂ©abiliter en organisant l'espace bateau pour profiter ne serait-ce que d'une petite vue de l'intĂ©rieur. La magnifique vue ne s'apprĂ©cie que de l'extĂ©rieur, plus apprĂ©ciable en Ă©tĂ© ! Incontournable, monter dans les ruelles pavĂ©es de Onno, Ă  dĂ©couvrir avec merveille ainsi que le petit restaurant, produits locaux du village... A high-quality getaway

Fabio was extremely discrete and helpful to us during our stay. He made life easy with a detailed "instruction manual" that explained everything we needed to know to about the house, from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic and the private parking spot is super handy. We spent many evenings on the pier just staring at the lake. Overall the garden and the pier gave you a sense of privacy and uniqueness that one can rarely find on vacation. The inside of the house was also very cozy, and the wooden structure keeps it nice and fresh. Would definitely recommend for a vacation with a partner or with a few friends! Just make sure you have a car.

Alles war sehr gut, nur das Schlafsofa war fĂŒr 2 Personen etwas unbequem. Besonders die Lage direkt am See mit der traumhaften Aussicht auf die Berge hat uns begeistert.
