You'll have access to the entire space and front and back yard!
The unit is complete with a fully stocked, large kitchen, two bathrooms (both with a tub), and comfortable living room. Outside, there's a large fenced in backyard and spacious front yard. (With prior approval, a pet may be permitted with a fee)
I keep an optional noise machine in the closet by the ironing board for a soothing sleep experience if desired.

- 20 mins to downtown, more or less depending on traffic
- 6 minutes to I-75
There is a unit at the back of the house with a single tenant. They have a completely separate unit / entrance. You will likely never see or hear them.
The fireplace is decoration only. It is not available for use
Certain dog breeds may be permitted for a fee, with prior approval
