The staff was very nice, but rooms were dirty, with stained comforters and hair on the sheets. The deadbolt on the door also was broken.

The gentleman that checked me in was super friendly. The room was good, spacious and met my needs for a short overnight stay. Great value for my money. I will be back.

Definitely no complaints for the price! It's not a 5* hotel but the staff were great, we had a comfortable king size bed. It's walking distance to Tim Hortons and many shops and restaurants. Honestly I was a little hesitant to book there because of the reviews but I'm glad I did. We will definitely stay there again if we are passing through the area... Now, if you want a brand new or 5* hotel, go pay double+ somewhere else... Sad but some people I never happy and just like to complain, like what did you expect for $125 a night!!

We had no need to shop. The room was terrible. It was dirty. The furnishings and bathroom were dirty and unhygienic. There was no hot water for a morning shower. The service staff were disingenuous and uncaring. Some of the other guests were drunk, stoned and yelling and making terrible noises in the nighttime.
