Poorly looked after. First we were given the wrong cards for the room they gave us, then they gave us a different room number . When we opened the door to that room , someone else’s things were in there, back down I went for the second time. They had given us the wrong room number. Back down I went where they gave us a different room number. When I tried that room, the keys didn’t work . Back down I went. When they gave us the new room, they gave us back the keys to the old room. When we got into the new room FINLLY, the room was freezing with the ac. On . Someone had to come and get the heat working. Then, this morning when we came up from breakfast, the keys wouldn’t work again and we had to stand in line to get keys again. All this for well over $200 !!
