Perfect for a group, would definitely recommend

We had a few issues but Fred was very responsive and on top of it to get them resolved. Very beautiful place, we felt very safe there. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. My least favorite room was the queen bedroom downstairs, you just could hear as soon as the people above's feet hit the floor. Had everything we needed. Vtw we loved the hot tub once we figured out how to use it. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Really enjoyed staying here...home great. No probkems getting in or out of gated community. Loved the downstairs bedroom for my older guest. Had one concern with pool screenings and was addressed by grounds keeper immediately. Would recommend this property to others.

Perfect For Our Multigenerational Trip

We stayed here with our two kids (6 & 8) plus grandparents. The house had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and have privacy. The house was very clean and well maintained. Some furniture and accessories had been updated from the pictures when I originally booked, a nice surprise. Would stay here again.

Amazing

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and sooooo close to Disney parks that we had very little traffic to deal with. Fred was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

We had a great time at this house! The address was tricky to find in the beginning but was easily found. The only drawback was the very limited amount of paper products/ laundry soap. I had to buy both for only one or two that we needed. I also wish the heating of the hot tub and pool was included in the rental cost but other than those things the house was perfect for us.

Great stay overall

This property was perfect for my family vacation for the holiday. It was accurate to the description, and the host was very accommodating. The only thing I was unhappy with, was having to pay an additional almost $200 for the heated pool feature and the pool and hot tube were not warm at all. For that cost I was expecting it to be a nicer temperature. Overall nice stay!

Could of been cleaner

Had an issue with the code when we arrived, but Fred took care of it for us right away. The bathrooms and furniture by the pool had lots of mold . There was just enough toilet paper for a day and no paper towels, kitchen towels or any kind of spray cleaner. The bedroom were large and spacious. The house was conveniently located to all parks.

Amazing place!

This place is 15 minutes from any Disney park, in a secure, quiet neighborhood. The property manager was fantastic and super responsive and the hot tub was a LIFESAVER for relaxing muscles after a long day. Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone making a trip to Orlando!
