Our air conditioner was leaking and the carpet in our room was really wet. They put fans in our room but took 6 days to get it close to dry.

The rooms were newly renovated. Bathrooms beautiful and clean. Breakfast each morning in their dining area provided enough choices to choose from. Front desk personnel were great. We really liked Carlos, Franklin and we think the young lady name was tati. They assisted my family in changing rooms before we traveled to Universal. They were very helpful.

Staff was nice, I was on the 5th floor and it just smelled the carpet on floor coming out the elevator smells like old socks. The room was clean though but very outdated. There was construction going on so I got in at 4:30am to be woken up at 7:15am by the construction going on at the hotel. It has potential with the right management and attention to detail on cleaning.
