Nice people but probably wouldn’t stay there again

We’ve stayed in Hampton Inns numerous times. This was definitely not a new hotel. Things were rusty and stained. Just looked and felt a little run down. The staff was great though. Breakfast was mediocre.

Seeing mickey & Family again.

The room was spacious, clean but not in excellent condition, the small fridge was not working(not cooling), the sink was clogged, good thing i had cooler and i was able to get ice from the ice machine. Breakfast was great, very convenient hrs. Overall it was good.

the condition of the property and cleanliness is not as per the Hilton standard . but I was happy since the room was really big and cozy for us family of 4.

Great Stay!

Our 2 queen bed suite was perfect for out needs. Breakfast was great! Only negative is I would have liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The area and exterior building are good. The breakfast was also good but the rooms need to be updated and the carpets are very dirty including the hallways. The bathrooms are not well maintained and no irons or closets inside the rooms.

Staff were pleasant. The facility was conveniently located for the event we were attending. The 5th floor hallway had a mildew odor that migrated into the room. Had to keep the HVAC fan on to dilute the smell. Several rooms on our floor had plastic door coverings. I suspect they were being renovated or being treated for the mildew smell. The breakfast bar had fresh fruit.

Skip this hotel and stay somewhere nearby.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Very difficult to sleep on. Satellite tv kept freezing. Slamming doors were heard through our door. Breakfast was basic with waffles and premade omelets. Ive had much better at other hampton hotels.

Booked and paid for 2 queen bed room in November and given a 1 king bed. Informed staff who said nothing can be done because hotel is sold out and they told me to call Expedia to resolve it. Wasting time trying to call Expedia who talked to staff who lied to them stating I agreed to a 1 king bed room.
