The staff was friendly, but nothing in my room worked except the lights & shower! The carpet was wet in random areas. The tv didn’t work & the fridge smells like it was cleaned with brandy. I couldn’t call the front desk, I had to go BACK downstairs to get a new room because the phone didn’t work all to be told they are sold out & someone will reach out to change my room in the morning. I was there for 3 nights, NO ONE REACHED OUT! I was told I’d get points towards my account since I booked thru a third party I could not receive a discount. I’ll never use the points because I plan on never staying at another Hampton Inn or Choice Hotel again!

Nice location

The stay was good. A bit of an issue the first night. The water heater went and had to take a cold shower in the morning. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The rest of the hotel was kept up and clean. The breakfast was average.

Apparently a pipe burst and I had a dribble of water to shower with. It was not good. The staff was nice but indicated since I booked with Expedia, there wasn't much they could offer me.

Breakfast was a daily highlight with plenty of fresh and tasty options to keep everyone happy. The Mickey Mouse waffles were a huge hit with the kids (and, let’s be honest, with the adults too). It’s those fun little touches that make a big difference when traveling with children. The location is also a major plus—close enough to Disney and other attractions, but just far enough to enjoy some quiet downtime. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving us all the rest we needed for busy park days.

Good choice

We were pleased with our choice of hotel. The room was very large and clean. The bathroom was clean. My two young grandsons and I had a great time at the swimming pool.

Very nice hotel with oversized rooms, great breakfast and service. Very comfortable beds, large TV compared to many hotels, the only thing keeping it back from 5 stars is the fact that it is older. Carpet and bath could be updated. Everything worked well and shower is tall which is great!

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I didn't like that the AC malfunctioned the 2nd night, however, it was serviced immediately the next morning. I appreciated that. The staff were all very, very, courteous and helpful.
