Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Downstairs, you'll find a king size master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 double beds and a full bathroom with a shower accessible from the living area and patio, plus a full-size washer, dryer, and a large game room.

Upstairs are five more bedrooms and four bathrooms: a king size master with its own attached bathroom, a queen size master with an attached bathroom, and a queen size bedroom sharing a bathroom with the Minions-themed room. Two playful themed bedrooms, Mickey Mouse and Minions, each have two twin beds, and a hallway bathroom with a bathtub completes the upstairs. An additional loft living area with a large sectional sofa, two chairs, and a smart TV is perfect for movie nights.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with slate appliances, quartz countertops, and 4 bar stools, right next to a dining area with an expandable table seating 10. The game room adds even more entertainment with an air hockey table, a ping pong table, and additional bar seating.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to a truly impressive outdoor space: a large private pool with a bubbling spa, an outdoor full bathroom with a shower, a dining set for 8, and sun loungers for relaxing in privacy, thanks to pool screens that block any view from neighboring yards.

ChampionsGate Community and Oasis Clubhouse
This home is perfectly located in ChampionsGate, with complimentary access to the Oasis Clubhouse, about 2 miles away and reachable by a short drive or the free resort shuttle, open daily from 9am to 9pm. Amenities include multiple swimming pools, a water slide, a lazy river, a splash park, a tiki bar, tennis and sand volleyball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a movie theater, an additional game room, a playground, a quiet pool, a restaurant, private air-conditioned cabanas with service, and an ATM. It's very close to Disney World, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and all of Central Florida's major attractions, with easy access to Highway 27, Highway 192, I-4, and US-27 for a quick drive to Disney or Universal. ChampionsGate is also an award-winning golf community and home to the Leadbetter Golf Academy, drawing renowned instructors and international golfers.

Good to Know
ID verification is required prior to check-in, and parties or events are not permitted in the house. Well-behaved pets may be allowed for an additional fee, inquire before booking. Pool heating is available as an optional add-on for $140 for stays up to 6 days, requested and paid at least 3 days in advance; please note the spa shares the same water temperature as the pool and is not a separate hot tub. Only plastic cups are allowed in the pool area. A BBQ grill, crib, and high chair are available to rent on request.
