RENOVATIONS

We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests' experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.

January 2019: Themed bedrooms (Star Wars, Toy Story & Mickey), new living room furniture, 65" smart TV for living room, dishes, Keurig machine

January 2020: New 55" smart TVs for master bedrooms, updated dining room furniture

March 2020: New washer and dryer

October 2020: Refreshed Marvel theme in game room. Painted kids bathrooms to incorporate theme from bedrooms. Installed Ring doorbell and cameras for safety.

November 2020: Installed dusk to dawn switch for outside lights.

December 2020: Converted spare garage into Marvel themed theater room.

January 2021: Redecorated master bedroom suites.

March 2021: New carpeting in bedrooms, stairs and upstairs hallway (subsequently updated to vinyl tile in January 2024)

December 2021: New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs

May 2022: Repainted foyer, kitchen, living room dining room and hallways.

June 2022: Air conditioning added to theater and game room.

October 2022: Installed Stormtrooper barracks in the upstairs Star Wars bedroom.

December 2022: Added landscaping behind pool.

March 2023: New orange sectional couch for living room.

June 2023: New custom artwork for living room.

September 2023: Added Hidden Mickey game, updated living room entertainment center, added string lights to pool area, replaced kitchen faucet, new ceiling fans in living room and lanai. Reconfigured Star Wars wall to turn on from light switch at the door.

December 2023: New dining room table and chairs, new kitchen table and chairs, new patio table and chairs.

January 2024: Custom Mickey pool installed, kitchen cabinets painted and new flooring installed throughout the house.

February 2025: Updated game room with a 1Up Arcade

This house had plenty of space to spread out. We loved that each room had its own private bathroom. The game room and theater were great as well. The kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was a good size and offered some privacy.Pool heat was offered and we chose to pay for it but realized within minutes of swimming that it wasn’t needed. I let the property owner know but unfortunately he didn’t offer to refund the pool heat cost for the rest of our stay. The location was phenomenal, close drive to all the parks we visited and there is a WalMart close by for food and whatever else is needed.There were no wash clothes so make sure to bring your own. The showers varied in water pressure. The only other thing that took some getting used to was the pool alarm. We understood that it is the law so can’t fault the property owner but boy was it LOUD!

Excellent home. Beds were listed wrong on VRBO. So we were one bed short and had to by air mattress. Only 3 washcloths in the whole house. We had 11 people! It was stated they would be provided. Pool light did not work. Owner was quick to respond to messages and said they would send someone but we never saw anyone nor was the issues fixed. Beautiful home. Safe area. Great for families.

Great house with many fun things to do. Loved having three bedroom suites on the main floor for the adults and two bedrooms with their own bathroom upstairs for the kids. Super quick responses from the owner and everything was explained to us in detail prior to arrival. We had a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about the villa, the rooms are spacious, the pool is excellent and the game and movie room are a big bonus! The location is excellent, nearby the parks and shops/restaurants. A perfect fit!

This place was a perfect fit for our family trip. Plenty of space, the kids loved the game and theatre rooms, and the whole family enjoyed finding the hidden Mickeys! Close to the parks and shopping areas too! Highly recommend.

Another personal favorite

Loved our stay. House was located in an amazing neighborhood, felt safe, pool was awesome, hot tub was phenomenal. If I could give it 10 stars we would. Had a sick daughter so didn’t get to enjoy much in the area but from what I could tell, a lot of great eating options, shopping, and even Disney very nearby. Everything was easy about checking as well. Loved the home. Star Wars room was our fav!

Great VRBO near Disney!

We came to Orlando for a gymnastics meet and Disney vacation following. The location is awesome for the parks. The pool and hot tub were great! Upon checking in the host made sure everything was ok. I mentioned the Air hockey table did not work. He flew down and replaced it with 4 arcade games!! We were very impressed with that for sure. We made use of all amenities, from the water park, the game room, the home theatre, and the pool and hot tub! I would 100% recommend this property and would book again if we are in the area.

Wonderful home, great location

We loved this house! The owner has taken real care of it, and put effort into decorations, furnishings, etc., supplying everything we needed or wanted. Chris was very helpful and communicative about directions, and answered any questions we had prior and after booking. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home, cleanliness was only ok

This is an absolutely beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood but it wasn’t the cleanest. We found a dirty blanket and dirty dishes that were put away. When we notified the host, he had the nerve to blame the former guest instead of apologizing for what the cleaning crew missed. BE AWARE: the hot tub will not be heated unless you pay for the pool heat ( it was well worth the cost of the heat). Also be prepared to buy EVERYTHING you need supply wise. There was no dishwasher detergent, only half rolls of toilet paper left in the bathrooms and only 3 garbage bags for a week long stay. We ended up spending 100 on supplies. Even the roach motels give you free toilet paper - I would have much rather paid a little more per day and had the supplies there. We cleaned the home, stripped the beds and started the laundry before we left in hopes that the cleaning crew would have time to make sure the house was truly clean for the next guest. I would only stay here again if we were driving and could bring our supplies with us.
