Nature Villa - Rain Forest Out Back - Awesome Location 4 Bdrm!

The rain forest is right out the back (behind the fence). Enjoy the many sounds of nature while you read a book or swim in the private pool. Awesome 4 bdrm Villa near the parks. All the parks including Disney, Universal, and Sea World are within about 35 minutes. It's a central location to everything in the Kissimmee area. There is tons to do and this is a very convenient location. Walmart and restaurants are about a 3 minute drive.

The whole house will be yours.

I have a property manager who lives near and is available by phone or text anytime. His name is David.

It's central to just about everything and the shopping and restaurants are very close. The neighborhood is nice and well cared for too.

I recommend a rental car or Uber/Lyft for traveling. The rental cars are relatively inexpensive from the Orlando airport.

There is a daily fee for pool heat. Please let us or the on site property manager know if you would like pool heat turned on.

Small, well trained pets allowed with $100 fee per pet. Please let us know if you want this option.

Dirty

The pool is super cool and clean but the house was really dirty, especially the Floor and the showers. We loose a day because we had to clean the house. We noticed our guest but he did not seen to care.

Great location!! But everything was old and dirty. Kitchen, furniture, and the garage were filthy. That’s pretty much it. Great place, but definitely needs work.

The place was absolutely gross and nasty I will never ever ever stay at this location or trust we tried the first day we came in it was bugs dirt everywhere every part of the house was dirty even the sheets on the bed Pat stands on them I asked the I guess hose or / property manager was the other two reviews previously was rectified and the answer I got wasn't very insurance I'm going to upload a few pictures so you can see so I don't want nobody else to fall in this predicament if you like nastiness then book it oh by the way it will not let you update any pictures isn't that something it should tell you something

Run Down Villa

I took 17 photos upon check in of dirt and damage. Emailed property manager to let them know the property is not as advertised and I would be giving a bad review. Embarrassed that my family had to stay there and will not even return.

The house was big enough for the whole family. Pump in the pool wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed until our 3rd day there. Pool was kind of dirty and bunch of inflatables had food or something on it that attracted a lot of ants. Grill was very rusty and dirty. Overall the inside of the house was decent. Would stay there again.

Nice size

The house was great for our 11 quest.. the location was nice (the road was terrible that its on). We rented this house mostly for the pool (which was great) and the pool table (which was not) the stick were broken, we was told we would get more did not. The bunk bed are old and wearing out, but worked fine (also, had 1 set of steps for both rooms to use) that was a pain. The couch was wore out and makes noise, but overall comfy. We saw two mice, they were fast to get someone out. Didnt catch them, but we kept our stuff put away.. so we loved that. Most all the beds were great except the one with a queen bed (noise and very hard). In the kitchen- there was pots and pans but ONLY small ones.. just making eggs i had to use two at a time. Overall, i think the house needs a good updating but worked good enough.. Not sure id dtay again with out some updating for what we paid..

unpleasant stay

I have several things to complain about, and before I left a bad review here, I sent an email to the owner and he didn't reply. Dirty house, old and torn sheets and towels, few and old utilities, we paid for the pool heating and it didn't work, lack of lighting and cleanliness in the pool and barbecue

Great family rental

We visited with 3 children and 8 adults. This property was a great fit for us. Two bedrooms had bunkbeds plus an additional twin perfect for the kids. The property manager was quick to help when the toaster wasn't working. There were a few quick fixes that need to be done such as replace burnt out light bulbs and some cosmetic needs in the master bathroom. Nothing that limited or disrupted our stay. The pool was great. We opted for pool heat which we loved. My kids lived in the pool. Would visit again.

not up to the VRBO standards we are used to.

Dirty baseboards, a/c vents, comforters and patio. No cleaning supplies, no hand towels. dish rags and tea towels had to be requested. Generally uncared for. Extractor fan in restroom made a horrendous noise. No drinking glasses, just plastic. Soft creaky bed. Would never go there again.

Nasty house

Horrible this house is not clean we call and the only thing we get was a sorry went arrive me and my family have to clean and wash all the bed sheets coffee maker filter was nasty they left the coffee and the old filter, overgrown bush the kitchen, if you have just look at the pictures you will be amazed ac filter nasty dryer vent was not installed properly and hot air get inside the house a big fire hazard master bedroom tv never works, overgrown bush on pool area just take a look at the pictures if you have kids with asma don’t bring them to this house 🏡 again look at the pictures call David 3 times promise to get to it and never happens

Perfect location for our 8-person Florida vacation. Close to parks, shopping, and anything that was needed for our family of 2 adults and 6 kids (ranging from 4 to 17). Favorite part was the backyard space, as the seating area was perfect to get some work done/hang while our kids swam
