The communication with UNE management was great. They promptly responded to my questions and inquiries. We had an issue with towels rods in the upstairs bathrooms that were missing. They came and replace them . Also they brought extra towels needed. The house was overall cleaned regarding bathrooms, kitchen and downstairs tile floors. The carpet on the stairs and bedrooms were stained. I would probably recommend a throughly carpet cleaning. That would make it a more comfortable experience. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We stayed as a family of 6 for a visit to Disney. We didn’t use any of the pool or property amenities as we were gone most of the day. Overall, the home was clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable especially after a long day at the parks. We rented a car and the drive to/from Disney averaged about 20-25 minutes which we didn’t mind. We brought our own washcloths as these weren’t included. Publix grocery store is less than 5 minutes away & we ran there to grab snacks & drinks for our stay. There is plenty of space to spread out (we had 2 couples & 2 teenagers) and the teens each had their own room. Each couple had a king bedroom & bathroom which was very convenient. There is a king room & full bathroom on the main level which was nice for my older parents to not have to climb stairs. The only negative (but not a deal breaker for us) was that although clean, the bathrooms do need updating as well as the carpets. Also, it would be nice to supply a starter pack of laundry detergent & maybe additional rolls of toilet paper. We had to buy extra toilet paper & only stayed 4 nights.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and communication with Maria our rep was excellent. Very attentive and extremely quick response time. All of our issues were addressed with quick response times. The property is very strategically located as it was in proximity to practicality all the attractions and amenities. The only negative was that the home was a little dated. It really needs a facelift. The house was also not thoroughly cleaned. We had to vacuum as we saw crumbs and dirt on the floors and carpets. The carpets need to be replaced, they are very used. The master bedroom bed was awful! That mattress needs to be changed ASAP! The clothes washer was a disaster, we put in a load and it came out full of dirt! We mentioned that issue to maintenance and they quickly brought us extra towels and looked at the problem pretty quickly. Besides these minor hiccups we really had a great time. Bruno

Orlando family vacation

Had a two week vacation in Orlando for a volleyball tourney. Our VRBO rental was perfect. From the location to the convention center to the property itself. It made our first trip to Orlando a fantastic one, and we can’t wait for a return visit. We will surely utilize VRBO again.

We would stay here again!

We had a very good experience staying here for a week. The house is lovely, with stylish, comfortable furniture. It is quite spacious. Everything was very clean.The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The water park is well done with a wonderful lazy river, pool, putt putt, water slides and more. The gym is small, but has great views. Our only complaint is with the small pool off the back patio of the house. We plaid to have it heated, but the worker turned it on a day late, and it never heated the water enough to get in.

Comfortable Clean Stay

I booked this stay for 3 of our traveling workers for a tradeshow. All the employees stated the stay was comfortable and met their needs. They had no complaints or issues. Which honestly, there days are a blessing with vacation rentals. The process to check in/complete booking is a huge pain in the butt and continues outside of Vrbo. However the management company is really accessible and responds quickly. Would absolutely book this stay again next time I have travelers.

We recently stayed at this property, and it truly met our expectations. The host's communication was swift and efficient, making our pre-arrival experience smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival, we were emailed a comprehensive welcome package that addressed every question we had, allowing us to enjoy our stay without needing to reach out for additional information. The property itself was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly accommodating for our family (husband, five kids (1, 2, 8, 15, 17), and in-laws). We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The home was well-maintained, and they provided you with some basic products to start your stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others seeking a nice, cozy, and hassle-free getaway.
