This beautiful 6 bedroom Orlando vacation rental is ideally located in the upscale Reunion Resort and has enough space to sleep up to 12 guests. . Two living areas, one on the first floor and the second on the upper floor including a game area
Main bedroom has a large veranda over looking Reunion

Each master bedroom (there are 4) with King size beds has their own ensuite bathroom. The main master bathroom has a soak tub and a separate shower.
Kids them rooms with bunks share a "jack and jill".

Perfect end house (for now, they are building new homes all around but vacant lot next door was nice!) very private pool. House could use a good thorough cleaning, walls, vents, blinds, etc. Had some issues up front but were taken care of quickly and easy to communicate with manager. Very spacious for large family nice rooms etc. would stay again and recommend!! Close to everything and nice home away from home.

First Christmas in Florida!

We had a group of 11; my husband and me (45 yrs), our 23 yr. old son & his wife & 1 yr. old daughter, our 19 yr. old son & his girlfriend, our 16 yr. old daughter, 9 yr. old son, 8 yr. old daughter, and 67 yr. old mother-in-law and everyone had a great time. The house is amazing. We had unexpected colder weather and the game room was perfect for that. We all spent a lot of time in there. The pool and spa were perfect size. The resort changed some policies and we couldn't do mini golf, but we didn't need to. The house itself was definately enough. They even had a small Christmas tree set up for us. We took an uber to Disney Springs one day and the rest of the time we enjoyed at the house. Kevin was very attentive and sent the directions and code well before 24 hours ahead. Everything in the house worked perfectly and we definately had more than enough towels. Thanks again Kevin. We had a great time.

Kevin’s Vacation Rental

My family stayed in Kevin’s rental and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful, clean and relaxing atmosphere. We had a couple of small problems the first night and next day, that were out of Kevin’s control but Kevin was extremely quick in getting back to our messages and he saw to it that our concerns were addressed immediately. It was like he was on call 24/7. Please consider this rental for your Orlando vacation. You won’t be disappointed.

No Gas to House

When we first arrived at the house we thought it was the start of a great trip, the house was a great layout and very clean. Night 1 we realized that there was no hot water and the stove wasn’t working so we contacted the emergency line. Luckily two people came to look but unfortunately they stated there was nothing they could do but would come back the next morning. The next couple days were spent calling the management company and owner of the home to no avail, we were met with constant “we’ll let the property manager know” or “when you move in Wednesday the house will be ready”. On day 4 our group of 11 was told there’s nothing they could do, so with no hot water for showers or hand washing we were forced to find a new place to stay. The owner told us stuff happens sometimes so there’s nothing he can do. After a year of planning a family trip and spending a lot of money this is not an acceptable response.

Disappointing

How was very nice and clean, beds were comfortable. We've rented several houses through Flip Key and VRBO over the years. This is the first time I had to request info on check in day. I reached out tothe property owner a week before our trip and he said the key code would be sent to me 24 hours before. Less thank 24 hours I had not received anything, which was now making me nervous, so I messaged the owner. The morning of check in, I finally received the key code. Day 1 we discovered the air on the first floor wasn't working. We couldn't keep it cooler than 79 degrees. I called the PM and she was very responsive. She said she would make a call in the morning (Mon) to have it looked at. Day 2, when PM called to see how the air was and I let her know it still wasn't working, she informed me that someone would be out sometime during the day since they had to try and squeeze us into their schedule. Our plans were to hang out that the resort so we would be there for AC guy. Then I found out that we had NO access to any of the resort amenities. Which put a big dent in the plans because we chose the resort due to the amenities and waterpark. Big disappointment for all 5 kids. But at least the air was fixed. Day 3 - Since we had to find activities outside the resort, most of the family went to Legoland for the day. Around 10:30 we lost power. Left a message for the PM to let them know. I took a trip to Disney Springs and round 3:00 I called my son, still no power. No response from my 10:30 call, I called again. I even called the resort office and they said there were no reported issues. Called the other PM, no response. Reached out to the owner and within 30 min, the city came by and turned turned the electric back on for us. I spent an hour and 15 min trying to get someone to find out that the issue was, why we still have no power. No one else on the street was without power. Thank God we were home when the electric was shut off to know there was an issue, rather then getting home late and not be able to do anything and we would have lost all our food. Please put in your description that renters do not have access to any resort amenities.

Everything you need

We had a pleasant stay at this rental property. The community is beautiful surrounded by pristine golf courses. We had the pool heated so we were able to enjoy all week between Disney visits. Plenty of room for us all to sleep and the kids loved the themed rooms. All appliances worked fine. All TVs equipped with a Roku for easy streaming services. Game room was a great added bonus. Plenty of towels, kitchenware and starter T.P. and paper towels. Easy check out!

Nice Place & Location

This is an ideal place to stay for groups intending to go to Universal or especially Disney. It's a short drive in, and in a nice quiet area to retreat from a busy day. One note, for the gaming systems, there were only two PS4s there with 4 uncharged controllers with no cords/chargers to be found. We had the right cords, but it should be noted you will likely need to charge the controllers. There were also what looked like Xbox controllers of some kind but no Xbox systems that we could find or chargers for them in any case. Otherwise, everything is as stated and excellent.

No water, house intruders at 2 am, horrible management nice house

The house is well appointed, great layout, and the kids rooms are adorable although the only space to store cloths is in the closet there are no drawers. The trip started with lots of little things wrong but all could be overlooked. Code for the house was never sent. Only 1 towel per bathroom, some light switches did not work aka no lights in my daughters room, missing remotes, televisions in the children’s room did not work, blinds in living room and master were broke and we did not have privacy. The hot tub aka spa in the listing is not heated unless you pay for it, no games in the “gaming room” we missed this note in the listing. We rented this house for the gaming room
. It was a huge let down for my kids. Anyways, all of that was put to the side with no issues. It was small stuff. While getting ready in the morning for a day in Disney world. The water cuts off on my kids in the shower. My husband, who happened to be outside getting the car ready is told by the water company our water was shut off for the bill not being paid! We Explained it was a rental and to give us a few minutes to call. No answer by the property managers for over 30 minutes, owner is overseas and the 1-800 number for emergencies listed is disconnected! So they turned our water off. Finally got in touch with the management company and they did work to have our water turned back on but it was not until that evening. Karen, the manager is not helpful. Told me to finish bathing my kids in the pool or to heat up water on the stove! Told me to let her know when the water was back on
.. um no. You need to monitor that situation and let me know when the water is on! She never called. As if that was not enough it got better. We were sleeping in bed and at 2 am we heard the key pad being pressed on the front door and 5 men entered our home!!! We thought they were intruders and they were only arriving for vacation. This really could have been a very dangerous situation for everyone. Called Karen and explained the situation and like everything else there was an excuse! Again NOT helpful, not sympathetic. Informed me that it was a mix up in reservations and that we would be fine. Informed us the codes are NEVER changed so everyone who has ever stayed there basically has the code! After she hung up on me she later texted back and said her husband was coming to disable the key pad and he did. The owner is responsive but is overseas. The property management is useless and not helpfu

This property is very nice. No issues checking in. We did pay for pool heat however it wasn’t heated upon arrival. Property management did come out the next day to turn it on. The layout of the house worked well for us as it has 2 en-suites on the main level and 2 additional en-suites upstairs along with the 2 kids themed bedrooms. One really cool feature of the house I wasn’t aware of was there was a half bath outside by the pool (this definitely came in handy). The garage/game room is not attached to the house. The game room is nice however please note there it has play station systems but no games included. There is also a Foosball and pool table but both are needing to be fixed / replaced. For those traveling with little ones there are 2 umbrella strollers (this would have been great to know before). House does not come with the basic starter toiletries so remember to pack/buy. Also, house is in desperate need of more towels. Only 2 towels per bathroom, no hand towels which means we were doing laundry everyday. There were also only 5 beach towels and with 8 of us staying there that didn’t work. I reached out to the property manager who did come a couple days later and bring 4 more towels. Kitchen and Bathrooms (especially upstairs master) definitely could use a deep cleaning. I will say that considering the owner is overseas he was very responsive to my inquires/concerns. This was my first time staying in Reunion as I usually stay at Champions Gate. The sub is gorgeous. We did take advantage of the community pools (there’s a cute splash pad behind the villas that my 4 year old daughter loved). You do need a pass to get into the community pools which we were not provided with. Not sure how to obtain. Luckily when we get to the community pool there was a nice family who came and opened the gate for us so we could get in. Overall we had a nice time.

Nice Week Away

We desperately needed a vaca away and this was perfect. Very spacious for all 5 adults and 3 kids. Paid for heated pool which was definitely worth it. The game room playstation does not have games but I brought my own xbox and switch so the game room was utilized very well. A few inconveniences like 1 roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, so we ran out. The property owner is located overseas so the timing of reply's was a little off but he always did reply. But the property manager does reply very quickly with the one question we had. Also the payment for this location is in pounds, I believe, so there is an exchange rate fee that caught me by surprise. Other then that everything was great and we had an amazing time. Would highly recommend.

Great property with great managers!!!

My husband, 16 year old daughter, her 15 year old bestie, and I stayed at this property for a week while attending The Summit cheer competition. We initially planned to leave two days earlier than we did to stay a few days in Destin. I had an injury and needed to extend our stay and the owner worked with us. We had the pool heated and the kids enjoyed the stay. There was more than enough space for the four of us and we were easily able to travel to do everything we wanted to do including Disney, Universal, and the beach in Clearwater. The property was equipped with everything that we needed including in the kitchen. We will visit this property again.

Nice house with too many issues

I’ve rented vacation homes for over 20 years. This house could be a good choice if they correct all the issues. This house needs a plumbing service, sufficient towels, cleaner bathrooms, cable tv in every room, refrigerator repair(ice maker), audible pool alarm...etc., and a property manager who cares about the customer. I would not recommend this home unless these corrections are made. This is the first poor review I’ve ever submitted on a vacation home.

Enjoyable trip

Property was clean and pool heater and spa are great. We had about 8-10 people staying and all fit easily. Two of the bedrooms are bunk beds for children so if you have more adults than kids then sleeping will be an issue. My two nieces slept on the couch. There is no garage access so no game room and home does not have access to water park. Reunion is awesome to walk around and very scenic. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Wifi is good and overall great stay.

Great getaway home

Lovely home. Kids loved the frozen bedroom and star wars themed game room. The property manager was very attentive. We enjoyed our short 7 night stay. It was a great home to getaway to during this stressful year. Hope to return again.
