Location was great. 3-5min walk from the subway. Everything was great except there was no way to turn on the AC. The hotel was set to heater and the rooms were hot even with the heater off. Had to sleep with windows open which was noisy

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff was kind, theres earing places right outside the hotel, the hotel was clean, they refilled our towels amd robes almost every night a new bag was hung on our door. Washer and dryer on 7th floor and microwave and vending machines. Station for train is right outside the hotel! Loved it! They provide so much in the room to use!!!!!!! Our room was small but it worked since we only had the two of us. The shower looks small but the water os full blast strong nice ans hot water.

Excellent service, good food, lots to do nearby. Located very close to a subway that took me everywhere I wanted to go. Only downside was noisy motorcycles at night made it difficult to sleep.

be prepared for cultural shock. We arrived 10 minutes before check in time and they ask us to wait for those 10 minutes; I mean they could of take our information during those 10 minutes, instead we just sat awkwardly in the lobby with other guest watching the staff do nothing. The room was very small additionally, they don't clean unless you are ask for it, overall the place looks run down. The only good thing is that was very well located near to a metro station.

My stay at the hotel was great i would definitely recommend it. If i could sugest one thing is to perhaps have softer pillows. I found them to hard and it gave me a stiff neck.

It's too noisy, there is a construction nearby and i wasnt notified of it, and was agiven a room right next to it, the noise starts around 7am, i couldnt sleep properly and the noise continue during the day.

This hotel does not have sound proof windows. Traffic and ambulance sounds like your window is basically opened even being on the 11th floor. Cannot stay at this hotel again!!
