Good option for solo traveler

Good Size room for solo travel and good location. Consumables sometimes ran low for particular items, such as plastic slips. Washing machines and dryers are all in one. The cleaning cycle takes close to 2hrs. Overall, staff was helpful and meet all the basic needs that I want as a traveler.

Great place, never disappoint. The buffet brekky was one of the best we've had in this trip. Staff are very helpful especially the one in Reception. The lady took her time telling us how to get to Nara Park with just one transfer. Even with Google maps, it helps that staff are able to give us more options. So the best tip us, when in doubt, ask help from your hotel staff as they are willing to assist in any way they can. We have been to Japan 7 times and we always have enjoyed our stay. Each visit us different, yet one thing is certain, the Japanese will always be there to help. Just ask nicely, it makes a big difference. APA amenities are also better than most hotels we stayed in, they are the only ones so far that gave shower caps and lots of bins in the room for all types of rubbish, plus several paper cups for our cold and hot drinks. Our room might be smaller than the other ones we stayed in but it made up for the great amenities suited to our needs. Arigato gosaymas APA and staff!

Budget friendly hotel

I like staying at these APA Hotels when I visit Japan. These hotels are geared for the traveling business folks in Japan where all they need is a place to sleep, shower and shave. The rooms are small but clean. This station is located at the east end of the Shin-Osaka Station and take about 10 minutes to walk to the station. Several eating places around the hotel plus many in the station.

A business hotel which can be not too friendly

Just stayed here for two nights. From check in to check out it’s all digital. This make the staff rather unfriendly. Only a few staff speak English so it’s even harder to communicate. When my friend checked out he went to the reception and instead of taking his cards staff took him to the express drop box and handed cards back to him pointing to the box to ask him drop in. Staff could have just took him there and dropped into the box. We found it very unfriendly.

The place is clean and close to shin Osaka if you need to take JR to travel between cities. But, the sound proof is poor. You hear a lot of noise from the hallway and the rooms beside you. Although they seem well staff (there is always someone in the lobby to greet you) but they are certainly not very helpful. I guess not in the SOP to help you figure out small things in Japan.

My wife and I did four different hotels for our week in Japan and APA is just AMAZING. I didn't realize that they had an onsen in the hotel, which was perfect because we did an onsen trip this week. It was a perfect hotel experience, clean, friendly staff, and an onsen( public bath and spa). Next time we go to Japan, we'll definitely look for APA.

It was easy to check in and out and I did a late check out it was very easy and the staff are very friendly. I did ask if they had scale for a suitcase they did have it. It was very helpful. Thank you I look forward to seeing them again in April.
