When i was asking for a taxi because we were running late to the airport, I told them to cancel. Because we had another one earlier coming by. We just want to hurry, but they said they can't cancel. So I didn't believe that, so I had to cancel my own. Just to get to the airport, pay $300. Some I didn't think that was necessary. The staff was very adamant he just called in less than a minute and he says he can't cancel it was a heavy set front desk clerk. It was 2 taxi they didnt even says to confirm to me that I'm ok to get the 2 taxi I'm really so upset

We only stayed one night out of a three-day booking. The bathroom and bed linen were clean but everything else was quite dirty. The amount of visible dirt on the walls and in the carpet made the room feel very unclean overall. Even the seats of the lobby chairs were black with grime. This review is for this specific location as there are other hotels nearby in the same chain which we didn't visit.

Tiny room for the price they are asking for. No space to even open a suit case if not having to put it on the bed. They also don't seem to offer any cleaning service, just hang a bag of clean towels on your door knob daily. It is close to shopping areas and walking distance to a ton a restaurants.

This is adjacent to the Dotonbori area, but just distant enough to be quiet. A very short walk to the Glico Man and lots of Confine and dining options nearby. Rooms are VERY small, especially for 2 people.

I booked a single standard non-smoking room but was given a twin room -- I'm guessing they were overbooked and only had a few rooms available at the time of my check in. Unfortunately it reeked of cigarettes. I went back to reception and they said it was a free upgrade. I said I didn't need an upgrade and just want a room that didn't smell. After a few minutes I was shown another room. It still smelled of cigarettes but much less than the other. There were a lot of noticeable stains on the walls and even on the curtains, but I was tired and didn't want to wait for another room. Upon closer inspection, the stains were makeup and shoe scuffs. Difficult to remove off textured walls, but not impossible. The beds and bathroom were clean though, with new linens and towels. This is the 3rd APA Hotel I've stayed at. I've never had a bad experience with my stays until this one. Thankfully I only stayed one night. Would not recommend this particular location.
