It was our first time in Japan and staying here in Osaka was a great experience. Room was quite small but we made it work. Loved that they provided pajamas and the room was clean. The area was ideal, very close walk to dotonbori and other areas. The staff was very helpful when we needed two of our luggage delivered to our next hotel in Shibuya. The staff called our next hotel and got all the information down. It was an easy process and must be done before 2pm if you want it delivered the following day. I would definitely stay here again!

We asked if there were bigger rooms to upgrade, we did not mind paying more, but we were told all rooms in that location were all the same size. They should not be advertising those rooms for 3 adults, we were literally tripping over our luggage .

The low rating is all about the room. The room was small. The room had too much furniture in it making the useable space even smaller. The two beds were pressed together with one of the beds pressed up against a wall making it difficult for one person to get in or out of bed. The bathroom was like something you would find on a cruise ship only smaller.
