The staff was forgettable aster check in we had no contact with them. No Andres, no ice or soda machines on sight and sent us downstairs to LAWSON, even for ice!!

Very pleasant staff; room was quiet although very small with two twins; the bathroom is tiny. Nice to be able to walk to the station and various good dining options around the hotel; area was nice--far nicer (quieter and cleaner) than where we had just come from in Osaka that was more in the center of things; fairly priced hotel but no frills,

Extra touch

The room had great extras and pajama & slippers for all persons staying. The extras for each person I didn’t expect but glad where given were toothbrush and toothpaste, packet of cotton swabs and facial cotton pads, mouthwash, and body scrub towel. I also liked that is was convenient 15 min walk from Osaka station.

We are happy with the size of the room which is much bigger than the ones in Kyoto and Tokyo. The Osaka station is about 5 minute walk and there are a plenty of restaurants in the area. Lawson (the convenience store is next the hotel where you can get drinks, snacks and breakfast.
