Nice hotel, convenient location

Nice, newer looking hotel with many amenities (restaurant, face masks, lotions, teas and a bunch of toiletries) very close to the train lines, grocery store and convenience store. Was skeptical booking. 3 star but it had really good reviews and definitely gave 4star quality. Would stay again! Also the attached cafe was amazing!

We really liked this property, staff friendly. They have a nice large foyer to hang out at. The front desk has a counter where you can get little freebies for your room. And every evening they has happy hour from 4-9 in a dining room setting, very nice for adults and children, with a good selection of drinks and snacks...great after a day of site seeing.

The staff was very attentive and helpful during our trip. I have a handicap and they readily helped change to a more spacious room to accommodate me. They were also very helpful in providing information about sightseeing in the surrounding areas and how to take the subway. The breakfast staff, especially the main person running the breakfast, was excellent. He was very helpful and accommodated me. The breakfast selection was excellent, and there was a lot of variety and quality.

Very clean and good amount of space in the rooms. Hotel also had a handout on how to get to the airport which was helpful. Since it's near a busy street, you could hear sirens from ambulances at night, but not too bad. Would definitely stay here again as it's clean and in a great location! Has a 7-11 next door and a 24 hour supermarket across the street.

I upgraded to a premier floor. The room was tiny, which was fine, but there was no closet and literally nowhere to put our luggage, so we tripped over it the entire time. The bathroom smelled VERY badly of mildew. It looked like the tub had not been sealed at all. The room in general looked clean, but the smell and the extremely small size (with nowhere for luggage) were disappointing because I had upgraded.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The amenities provided were plenty (shampoo, hair oils, face masks, etc) and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was always very polite and helpful. The location was perfect for us because of all the tube connections
