Beds were really thin. They don't feel like this room can support 3 even though they advise they can. Because the beds are rolling, there is a danger you can push them away from each other. Also, reception staff are pretty grumpy and unhelpful a lot of the time. This goes in Japanese or English. I understand that this is a discount hotel, so it's good to keep expectations aligned. It also is on the less convenient side of Tennoji. Unless you plan on living off of Don Quixote and Animate, expect that you're gonna have to often cross the streets and bridge. Just temper expectations.

Always a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also excellent. It has a great view of ten-shiba and is a 5 minute walk from Tennoji Station.

Room size and design is not as expected from the hotel’s picture but still good. Only that the noise isolation from outside is not good and can clearly hear the traffic noise even window closed. Upon check in, service only social, not feel welcoming and no smiles at all. When I requested 2 extra pillows, we need to go downstairs to pick from reception and the staff seems not happy about it. I think it’s individual case Other than that, this hotel is still good.

great spot near several shopping centers and the train station. also next to a don quijote and and 7/11. hotel and staff were all very friendly and helpful. view from the lobby was beautiful and breakfast was very good.
