The cleaner I frequently saw and met was great and helpful. I find the daytime receptionist was somewhat short in answering. Even though she used her phone for translation (which of course I didn't mind), it seemed as though she didn't like being asked questions. This made her seem very unfriendly and dismissive.

The property was clean and tidy. However, the noise from AC or Vent was terrible. I could hardly sleep, the vent also need cleaning ! !! Other than, i would recommend the hotel .

Ok. But in 2025 you would think the wifi would be useable. Was horrible. Even in the lobby. The room was comfortable but basic. Staff were helpful but didnt go out of their way ti help (they usually finished texting their friends before acknowledging you). Pool was a great pool.

I really like this hotel. It’s my top choice for being frugal and safe, still quite comfy, clean, and has hot water. This time the pool was closed and I was not aware of that during booking, nor during check-in so that was a bit disappointing - I literally walked there and encouraged the closed gate. I had just purchased a swimsuit at a local cheap store in the Albrook mall. The a/c wouldn’t get cold but the air was enough. Lots of channels in English so compared to other places - this is still the best option in my opinion. Solid 9/10 this visit.

There were bed bugs in the room. I told the receptionist and she told me that they cleaned the room however that doesn’t help with the smell of the room. We paid for 10 days but did an early check out. I requested for a reimbursement but I didn’t receive any. There were no options to change the room as claimed by the online representative who told me that the receptionist gave us that option. Overall experience was terrible.
