Yes the rooms were neglected, keys doors wouldn’t open and I went many times to the front desk, they did reset it and still didn’t work, Safety box didn’t work either, the phone number was broken. So I couldn’t called room service. Anytime I needed it something in the room I had to go at the front desk. Manager had a private party at the pool with his Gay Friends and a DJ so other kids couldn’t use that part of the pool anymore and DJ was so loud with loud music til 1am even thought pool was open til 8PM. It was Saturday. Buffet for lunch is 54$ per person and they were no one to ask for water, too many waiters and they were at the pool not at the restaurant. Check ins was so long and it was a Huge line.

Great resort feel in the middle of the city. Excellent breakfast and comfortable beds. I stayed at a room by the pool. I arrived 6 Hours late and exhausted but the girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. In about 10 minutes walk I was in a great area with cool restaurants
