Only front desk staff spoke little English which made it hard to deal with other staff members. I think the hotel is understaffed bad because i had to wait hours to get simple services(including check in). I had to constantly be calling almost like if i am begging for simple room services. Hotel room is beautiful, has amazing views and convenient also walkable but the breakfast was horrible (the worst I ever had in Panama)

There was a small issue with my room upon arrival and the hotel took care of it in an amazing way, going way beyond what I kindly requested. The way the hotel dealt with the matter was impressive and a sign of top understanding of hospitality. The room was huge, and the service excellent.
