The hotel is well located to restaurants, shops and transport networks placing most Paris attractions in easy reach. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The studio was small, comfortable enough for one person but a squeeze for two particularly if staying more than a couple of days. The room and kitchenette were well appointed to allow for simple self-catering. The general décor was serviceable but nothing fancy. A negative was the plastic cover placed over the mattress, under the bottom sheet. It made for an uncomfortably sweaty and noisy sleep. At my request staff kindly removed the plastic mattress cover. All hotel information is accessed by a QR code, convenient for the hotel but not necessarily the guest who might what to quickly access simple information without having to resort to ones phone etc.

Great location and a well equipped appartment for three friends to spend the weekend together. Room was clean, we had a small problem with smell one day but that was resolved quickly. The entrance is a bit shabby but overall it was a good stay.

FYI to any future traveller this venue does not clean their rooms for the duration of your stay and although the room is clean it does not warrant the significant premium paid. In hindsight I should have paid $200 more to stay at the Marriott on the champs elysees

Great location and decent room

Location was great for us. With kitchen facility is a plus as well. The room was spacious however some improvements can be done to make the experience even better. In general, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. At this price range, I’d expect the room in better condition. It’s unclear about house keeping require to book in advance, and there’s a price list at the back of the room door , unsure if they will apply the charge to the final bill, while we have had stay at other hotels and service apartments, daily housekeeping always part of the service and no extra cost for it.

The property was clean, in a good location, close to the metro. The problem was that I had booked the wrong couple of days and they didn’t refund my money or offer any benefits to make up for our difficulties.

I booked this hotel thinking I had the room in the photo. But it was much smaller. For 3 nights it was too small. The bed was as hard as a piece of plywood. That being said, the location was perfect, within 2 minutes of a metro. The area was very safe.

Great people make a great Hotel!

What made our stay at this lovely hotel was the very kind and lovely front desk receptionist, Jasmala Stanslaus! Her greeting was so personal and truly expressed a desire to assist in anyway. She could tell that we were in our early 70's. She told us our room is ready, but tomorrow she was moving us to a room that is more accommodating. Because we had a tour early the following morning, we broungt our luggage down to the front desk. She made sure that our luggage was in the room upon our return that late evening! The other personnel at this beautiful hotel are also very friendly!

I loved this property because 1. They were kid to my grandbabies. 2. We had three little apartments with separate bedrooms from living area so kids could sleep. 3. My husband and I were coming from different time zones so having a separate area to sit while they other slept was convenient. 4. The kitchenette’s were lovely so we could have food for the grandbabies. I loved it. I love Paris and this made traveling with our children and grandchild super easy and pleasant.

Excellent location. Claustrophobic room. One double bed and one opened sofa bed. Tight and small. The fact they call it an "apt" is far from truth. Yet an agreeable solution for small kids family.

Very new, very comfortable, clean . Nice stuff, helpful. Please clean under the bed-it is dusty . Bed was not very comfortable, hard. Cleaning lady did not bring napkins or enough dishwasher pads. Otherwise a very nice hotel
