Enjoy your vacation in a real Parisian family apartment of 110m2 with a large living room / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub) to discover Paris on foot with your loved ones. We open a few weeks a year the apartment where we live all year to always welcome travelers with pleasure.

400m from the ÉlysĂ©e Palace and the Embassy of the United States in Paris, in a prime central location.

We renovated our apartment to give it back its Haussmannian appearance (classic Parisian style). Very bright, we are on the 5th (elevator) with a balcony to enjoy the view after a long day of walking.

Our apartment is ideally located a few steps from the Champs-ÉlysĂ©es (less than 10 minutes on foot), the Tuileries Park, the Louvre, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, the chic stores of the rue du Faubourg Sainte HonorĂ© to buy some gifts or souvenirs) and the major tourist attractions of Paris. The area is very well served and you will also have the possibility to go directly to Versailles, Disneyland, Orly, ...

The area is very safe because it is close to the Elysée Palace (residence of the President of the French Republic).

At Christmas, you are 10 minutes walk from the Christmas windows of the department stores and the famous Tuileries Christmas market (the largest in Paris). In summer, close to the Tuileries garden festival (merry-go-round, attractions ...) for children before or after a visit.

As we live there all year round, we can also give you advice on restaurants, outings or other...

The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each rental and we provide sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, and we leave all the condiments we use for cooking (oil, spices...) ... the goal is for you to spend your vacation visiting and not shopping.... This is what we appreciate in the rentals we go to so we do the same ;)

Many amenities available: wifi, washer-dryer, hair dryer, books and toys for children... and a fully equipped kitchen.

After your reservation, we can exchange on WhatsApp to best organize your visit (choice of beds, etc.).

In summer, one mobile auxiliary air conditioners available and fan per room if necessary (in case of high temperatures - one is a powerful split AC).

Close to many metro lines, buses, RER A (ex. direct access to Disneyland Paris from RER regional train Station called "Auber") and St Lazare Railway station (direct access to the Palace of Versailles via train "L" and the "Versailles Rive Droite" station).

Excellent séjour Parisien

Appartement spacieux, propre et silencieux. La cuisine est bien équipée. Excellent emplacement prÚs de tout avec deux stations de métro accessibles à pied. Le coin séjour est trÚs lumineux et agréable. Matthieu est un hÎte hors pair, il s'est assuré de faire plusieurs suivis durant notre séjour et nous a bien conseillé pour les restaurants et pùtissiers. Nous n'hésiterions pas à retourner lors d'un prochain voyage à Paris. Merci!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The apartment is exactly as described. The host is a wonderful communicator with willingness to help in any way possible. He was quick to provide recommendations and provide feedback on our plan, and always accommodating to our needs. The location feels very safe and easy walk to a few Metros to go anywhere in the city. Beautiful Parisian Apartment in the Perfect Location

This is probably the most lovely and perfectly situated apartments we have ever stayed at through VRBO. It is five out of five stars. The apartment is near the Madeleine Metro stop and convenient for zipping all around the city on the metro or even walking. The flat itself is clean and spacious and safe. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are cozy and comfortable, and it is generally an inviting and warm place to come after a day of seeing the sites. I cannot say enough to recommend. The hosts were kind, generous, quick to respond, helpful, and accommodating. They met us there with the keys, helped us to order a cab on departure, and provided useful recommendations for enjoying the city. We came as strangers and left as friends with Mathieau & Aurelie. Thank you so much for the best vacation!

The Classic Parisian Experience

We found this rental property, after another vrbo host canceled on us suddenly, only days before our arrival. We loved this flat, from its balcony views of the city streets, to its classic herringbone wood floors, marble fireplace filigreed ceilings. It’s spacious, nicely appointed, and the location provides easy access to all the major sites and restaurants. The host is quite friendly, responsive and welcoming. A good find.

Paris family trip

Our family had a lovely stay in Paris and the apartment was terrific. Great stay in the 8th

The apartment was beautiful and well-located. The kitchen and living room are very large and well-equipped. The location is ideal and near the Madeline. The apartment gets great light on the street side of the property. The owner was very communicative and spoke perfect English. He showed us how to use everything when we checked in and all the appliances (including the washer/dryer) were in good order. We loved our stay and would happily return!

Best VRBO ever!

This was a GREAT place, in a wonderful part of Paris. Matthieu, the property owner, was super nice, and very welcoming. He was super responsive during the booking process, and was exceptionally nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. The flat is more beautiful in person than the photos, and the whole experience made this our best paris trip ever!
