Between the Champs Elysees avenue and the Trocadero square, a nice 2 room apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator comprising an entrance, a bathroom with bath, separate fitted kitchen, living room with view on the Eiffel Tower and a bedroom with fitted wardrobes. It is ideally located: a quiet street just 2 minutes walk from the Trocadero esplanade and 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees. Very accessible by public transport: line 6 and 9 subway, bus 82, 22 and 63.

Really good location!!! We walked everywhere from this location! From the Eiffel tower to the Louvre. All walking distance! Host was extremely kind and a good communicator. He responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend :)

Great location

For the most part we loved this property. It was in a charming neighborhood and literally a 10min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The view from the window did not disappoint but I could not understand the configuration of the furniture. If they switched it around you could sit comfortably on the couch with a glass of champagne and see the Eiffel Tower sparkle every hour. As it was, the only way to see it was to pull back very old stiff curtains and stand by the window to see it. With a little rearranging of furniture, a floor rug and beautiful floor length curtains to frame that spectacular view it would take the place to another level and they could charge more for sure. This is such a special feature. The bed was comfortable but they need to upgrade the linens and get more pillows. The shower had excellent pressure and the kitchen was fine although we didn’t use it really. The heating was great and the crazy tiny elevator was perfect for bags or two people could squeeze in for an amusing ride. The building was very clean and charming and the host was always communicative if a bit late to respond at times. There is a washer but NO dryer as listed and that was inconvenient as trying to dry garments in the dead of winter took a couple of days. Overall a very lovely property and I Think with a few small tweaks I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. I will always leave fair and honest reviews as I rely on them when booking Vrbo Thanks Mourad.

Family weekend getaway

This apartment was great for our family of 4 with two young kids. The location was epic! It had everything we needed for a weekend visit to Paris. The two beds were comfortable and clean, the check in process was easy and our host was very helpful with a few questions we had.

Great view of Eiffel Tower

This apartment is in a secure building on the 3rd floor with a lift, very clean and close to basically everything. I rented it because I wanted the view of the Eiffel Tower and I was not disappointed. The only thing I was not aware of which is no reflection on the apartment is that Europe is hot in September and there is no AC, for that reason I would definitely book here again but in a cooler month!

A great day in Paris

We had a wonderful day in Paris! The amazing location of this apartment allowed us to walk to all of the sites on our list in the short time we had. Also close to great restaurants. The only issue was we needed linens for the sofa bed (bottom sheet and pillowcase) and couldn’t find the hairdryer, and since the host isn’t local and the house cleaner was out of town, there was no one available to provide assistance when we needed it. Still, the host was sympathetic and kind, and did his best to respond under the circumstances. We still enjoyed our stay very much!

I rely quite heavily on honest feedback comments and this place is true to advertising. Loved that it was central to everything - the attractions are walking distance but Metro stations are all very close. Quiet street tucked away from the hustle of the touristy area but still very central. All windows are open and I had read that, so to enjoy the fresh air, I planned ahead and brought mesh/screens and put around the windows. They were taken down after our visit. There were fans available, a washing machine/dryer rack and towel dryer in the bathroom. There is an elevator but narrow and the place is on the 3rd floor with views of the Eiffel Tower. Thanks Mourad for a great stay.

False advertising

Even though the location of the apartment is fantastic with a view of the top half of theEiffel tower, the overall description of the apartment is false. The listing is advertised as a 2 BR apartment, but it is actually a 1 bed room apartment with a small living room. The listing also mentioned bedroom with closets, but there is no closet, only a small hanging stand. There is no air conditioner or fan in the apartment. The apartment smelt damp and putrid right from the moment we checked in. We were wondering what was causing the damp, putrid smell in the apartment. We even looked around to see if there were any water leaks in the house or on the roof. We attempted opening up the windows, but we had to shut them immediately due to mosquitoes flying into the house. We also saw a few beetles crawling on the window pane outside. Since there is no insect screen/window nets, we could not open the windows. The air quality was very bad.

Very nice stay

The location is awesome, has a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and fit our family of 4 well. It has a washing machine and hair dryer which weren’t listed in the advert but proved a nice surprise. It’s a quick walk to the Trocadero and the metro. Easy access to many restaurants and the Eiffel Tower is walkable.

AMAZING

This property was in an incredible location, close to everything yet in a quiet street without loud noise. The property was clean and tidy and yet had everything we needed and communication with the host was wonderful. I cant wait to return next time we’re in Paris!!

We would love to give a 5 star on this place because of location and the host who was excellent to communicate with, however we're giving a 4 star for these reasons. 1. The space is tight, ideal for 2 people maybe 3 but tight for 4 people. It is on the 3rd floor and there is one tiny elevator so be prepared to walk up 3 flights of narrow stairs with your luggage. 2. The picture of the eiffel tower on the site is not the picture you will see from the room however you can see the top of tower lit. 3. The bathroom is very tiny and the shower door is only half glass therefore you cannot close it off and the light in the shower was burnt out. 4. The beds are ok for a night or 2. In saying all this we still highly recommend this place for the excellent location because we were only in the room to shower and sleep.

Great location in Paris and easy access to the subway to see all the sights.... 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower... all went good with the property... would have been nice to have instructions on where the fans were and how to work the TV... but I guess we were spoiled by the other VRBO's that had instructions at the property... Location, location, location!

The communication was good from booking until checkout. The property is located a few minute walk from Eiffel Tower, Champs Elyesee, Arc de Triomphe and very close to catch the subways and trains. It is very close to delightful crepe restaurants and other delicious food. I was traveling with my 30 year old son and we appreciated that we both had our own room. The only cons were the shower sprays all over the bathroom floor so I had to use the one kitchen towel to wipe up the water and there is a table but no chairs, so if you want to eat in the room, you have to sit on the couch. It was a lovely place and being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the living room was amazing. I would recommend this place and would stay again if I'm ever able to return to Paris.
