Stayed for 4 nights with my family…didn’t clean our room even I requested the receptionist before heading out for our day. On the 3rd day again they didn’t clean our room and the receptionist doesn’t even care and no apologies and insisted that we refuse whereat how we will refuse the housekeeper when we are outside.

There was a persistent musty smell in the room every time we entered. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as bottled water, a kettle, and coffee or tea. The quality of the hotel shampoo was poor and caused skin irritation on the face. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station.

Séjour en famille (5 jours / 4 nuits)

Personnel agréable comme son hôtel. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain avec le plafond à repeindre mais aussi, il faudrait installer les interrupteurs des lumières de la salle de bain DANS cette dernière (pas à l'extérieur dans le couloir d'entrée) puis également installer une porte avec fermeture (comme un loquet) pour cette même salle de bain. Sinon, chambre insonorisée avec aucun problème concernant le bruit extérieur et bonne vue sur l'Eglise de Pantin. Très bon point positif, l'accès direct au métro et à des supérettes + fast-foods à proximité. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir quand nous en aurons l'occasion.
