Nestled in a peaceful and authentic area of ​​the 14th arrondissement, the studio is located in a neighborhood that's both residential and commercial, yet full of charm. You'll be surrounded by small artisan bakeries, typical Parisian cafés, a variety of restaurants, and local shops. Just a short walk away, the lively pedestrianized Rue Daguerre is ideal for shopping or simply strolling.
The neighborhood offers a perfect balance between local Parisian life and easy access to major tourist attractions. You can also enjoy Parc Montsouris, one of the capital's most beautiful green spaces, just a few minutes' walk away.

The studio is ideally located at 53 rue du Moulin Vert, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.

About an 7-minute walk away, you'll find the Alésia metro station (line 4), offering direct access to attractions such as Montparnasse, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Châtelet, and Gare de l'Est.

Pernety station (line 13) is about a 10-minute walk away, quickly connecting you to destinations such as Les Invalides, Champs-Élysées – Clémenceau, and Saint-Lazare.

Several bus lines (58, 62, 68) also serve the area, making travel throughout the capital easy.

From the airports:

Orly: Approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car or via OrlyBus + metro line 4.

Charles-de-Gaulle: Approximately 50 minutes by RER B + metro lines 13 or 4.

Independent arrival until 23pm by collecting the keys in a store 1 minute walk from the accommodation.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and overlooks the street so please close the shutters when leaving the accommodation

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
