Very nice apartment in lovely and fun neighborhood

My family and I loved staying at this comfortable and inviting apartment. We enjoyed sitting around the large round dining table with dinner or breakfast food from the many nearby shops. Always a treat. We used the metro each day as we explored Paris and were happy to arrive home each evening to relax.Matt always responded quickly when we had questions or concerns. Great apartment for families!

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment is beautiful with lots of artwork and architectural features. It is spacious allowing privacy for my family of seven and a dining table and couches big enough for all of us to be together. The apartment is on an entire floor of a classy building with an elevator, which was a bonus for our luggage. The apartment has fans but not air conditioning - is anything air conditioned in Paris? The area has an excellent variety of restaurants and shopping and feels like a neighborhood. It is a bit far out from the major sites but easily accessible from two metro stops. We enjoyed walking out the door for great lattes and pastries and walking two blocks or so to our choice of restaurants. With only one miscommunication that Matt immediately and generously handled, he was always responsive and clear about directions and transportation. We loved our stay and highly recommend this huge, well-equipped, and lovely apartment.

Beautiful Parisian property

We loved this large 4 bedroom, 3 bath apartment in the 10th arr. the location was great, near the Canal and the Metro. It is a beautiful apartment- gorgeous floors, windows and 2 of the bathrooms are perfect. The third bath is the toilet in the shower so we didn’t use it. We opened the windows at night so the temp was perfect. However the street noise was disturbing along with the child playing the piano above us in the morning. This apt will probably be warm in the summer but since we were there the first week of June it was perfect. There is an elevator but it is tiny so maybe only 2-3 people can fit in. The beds are very comfortable and the towels are nice plus the washers and dryer are a great bonus.

Beautiful Paris Apartment

Everything was great. We had a hiccup with not receiving check in information as stated the day before. Which was stressful as we had a member in our group with mobility issues. They had to wait around dragging luggage, while rest of us were still traveling. Once I contacted the owner he sent the codes.The apartment was very comfortable for friends traveling together. There are some cafes close by. It wasn't particularly close to any main attractions, but we could easily Uber where ever we wanted.

This is a beautiful apartment. We decided to indulge for our final weekend in Paris and were not disappointed! The apartment beautifully appointed, very comfortable and and the location is great. Many adorable shops and restaurant options just outside the door and in the immediate area. I would definitely rent this again. Matt was very responsive to our messages and provided us with helpful tips about the area.

Too far away from everything and too noisy

I would not choose to stay at this place again. Unfortunately there was way too much noise to enjoy our stay here. You hear every noise and sound in the building. The apartment was in a building with a very loud elevator. As people leave for work early in the morning or come in late at night the elevator would wake us up. Also the residents in the apartment above this one have hard wood floors. They walk very heavy with a hard sole shoes so we would hear them walking back and forth constantly very early in the morning before work and late at night. They also have someone practicing very basic repetitive piano keys before leaving for school which was very loud and very early. The location was far from everything you want to see and do. It was at least 30-60 minutes to get to most attractions depending on method of travel which was a lot everyday. The apartment was clean.

Lovely, roomy apartment

Our family of five stayed at this apartment during November/Thanksgiving 2024. The property was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The building was quiet and felt secure. We enjoyed the neighborhood with restaurants on every corner, a lovely bakery or two and a short walk to the subway. The neighborhood felt truly residential and not touristy. Our host was quick to answer questions. I would absolutely rent this apartment on our next trip to Paris. It was my favorite part of our trip.

Lovely well located spacious home away from home

Our group of 7 adults spent a week at the apartment. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax individually and as a group. Beds are extremely comfortable and the place had pretty much everything we needed, except some napkins for the table and some paper towels would have been nice! Matt was a great host responding quickly when we made contact. Check in and out and key functions were straightforward and easy, especially for aLarge group. Republique metro stop is close as areSeveral good restaurants and bakeries. Good choice for a group with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Classic French for family

Beautiful 4 bedroom apartment. Large enough kitchen. Full dining table. Roomy living room. Bedrooms were not crowded. 2 full bath. 2half bath (plus) . Was perfect for our family seven. On the third floor(4th) But an elevator was available. Security was good, although the neighborhood was nice. Excellent pastry shop nearby and larger than expected market. One block from the canal where people tend to relax in the evening. Lots of assorted restaurants nearby. Close to Metro. Ubers took about 10 to 15 minutes sometimes quicker. if you’re looking to get someplace in a hurry take a taxi.. We had a wonderful experience in Paris. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in renting this property again. The host was very responsive. Never a problem. An excellent property and good experience

Wonderfull apartment (very Parisian)... perfect size for 7 adults (3 20+ grandkids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents) Loved neighborhood--- young and vibrant, convenient (1 block) to 5 metro hub, elegant shops on street, many very good bistros within 2 block radius. Excellent apartment in Paris

The apartment was excellent. Clean, roomy, comfortable, well stocked and gorgeous to stay so close to Paris attractions. Matt was excellent with communication and we felt welcomed during our stay. To return to the apartment after a long day sightseeing was such a bonus with hot showers, comfortable beds and lots of storage. Quintessential Paris Apartment

Even more lovely than the photos! Large apartment, well laid out, beautifully decorated. Walking distance to every place you want to be. We had 4 adults and 4 teens, it was just perfect. I would stay her every time I go to Paris. The only thing I would warn is I only got the check-in instructions the day before arrival. That made me a little nervous, but I can reassure future guest, that the host was responsive and did come through! Lovely, lovely, apartment. Highl recomend.

Location could not be better

Fantastic Parisian apartment. Location in the 10th between the canal and La Republic was ideal. Over the c course of a week and 20,000 steps a day average, we covered everything we were looking to see on foot. Certainly one of our family's favorite vacation to date. Highly recommend.

I'd Give It Six Stars If I Could

Not my first VRBO experience, but definitely my best. This is a beautiful, 4-bedroom apartment with everything you'd expect from a Parisian flat. High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows (with live plants growing on the juliet balconies), tastefully furnished with ultra-modern bathrooms, modern kitchen (with an antique kitchen table) and comfy beds. If I were going to OWN a place in Paris, I'd buy this one. Communication with our host was effortless. (thanks, Matt!) The neighborhood was not in a 'tourist area' so the Parisian experience was the real deal. A short walk from Place de la Republique which had multiple connections for the Paris Metro, tons of bars, cafes, restaurants. There is a small grocery store across the street where we could stock up on foods and one of the best bakeries in Paris (Du Pain et du Idee) is literally around the corner. Already planning our next trip....
