DUPLEX, VERY CALM.
In a building dating from the 18th century, the apartment of 50 m2 duplex is on the 3rd and last floor courtyard. Very calm. It is composed of 2 rooms. No elevator because old building and especially with all the Parisian charm of the center.
2 bedrooms upstairs: one with 1 double bed, the second 1 double bed and 1 single mezannine bed, small bedroom.
A bathroom and toilet in the apartment.
1 living room with a 160 cm convertible sofa, 2 seats very comfortable.
An excellent WIFI connection.
Breakfast is offered and self service. Fresh orange juice, coffee, cake, cereal muesli, milk, yogurt ...
The essential for cooking: spices, homemade olive oil ...
On arrival to welcome you to Paris, a bottle of wine and sparkling, children's Sodas and crackers.

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé (au pied des métros temple et république). Il est trÚs calme car situé sur court. Il est trÚs bien équipé et bien décoré. Idéal pour passer quelques jours sur Paris en famille de 4-5 personnes. Il y a un plus qui le rend parfait: l'accueil du propriétaire Jean-Michel. Le meilleur que j'ai jamais eu sur plus de 20 locations Abritel.

Facility was at the very top of spiral staircase, no elevator noted. The apartment was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Owner had all their products out in the open and everything was just dirty such as the bathroom and kitchen. I would not stay at this property again.

Very quiet area, excellent host

The apartment was perfect for our stay with three adults and one child. The beds were comfortable and the apartment spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Joao (host) was very responsive, helpful and generous.

Awesome experience VRBO in Paris

Joao is very responsive when I message him, we have an early check in he was helpful to leaved our luggages and give me the keys they are still cleaning the house since we came in at 10 am, great location easy access in all tour places. We are also able to used the laundry and fridge for all our water and foods.

Great location and friendly host

Good communications with the host and wonderful location in Central Paris. Small but functional space overall. Minor issue is that it is very much a “smoking” apartment - had to open windows whenever possible. This may be my own issue as others may not be bothered. Enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

Quaint place near the historic district of Paris.

Joao was very accommodating. We meet him at the rental and he was very nice
.He allowed us to check in early which was good. We didn’t spend too much time in the rental but a few things while we were there. There were some serious construction going on all around of us. It started in the am and went until about 5 pm. This was in late May so don’t expect to sleep in past 8:30/9am. Everything worked fine which was good. Now the kicker was the stairs. If ur not in some type of shape don’t rent this place. I’m kidding but The stairs were steep and narrow. Also slippery so keep that in mind when taking bags up the stairs. Otherwise all is well.

We had a great experience in Paris. Jean Michele’s apartment was in a great location for us to get around. With the ongoing subway and bus strike, we were able to walk everywhere.

Roomy and convenient apartment

Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious and conveniently located to two metro stops. There is a monoprix grocery store, a bakery and many restaurants nearby. The TV and internet worked great. Plenty of towels. The only small drawback for some prospective renters is that you have to walk up a few sets of stairs so if you have mobility issues or can’t carry your suitcase up the steps it is not the place for you

Good Location

Centrally located and comfortable. Easy walking distance from fun cafe's and shops. Dos Santos (property owner) was extremely accommodating and accessible. We got to Paris early and he had no problem with allowing us an early access. WiFi works great and place is equiped with everything you need.

We liked the convenience, the quiet neighborhood with many cafes but the stairs not at all. The one bathroom was on first floor, bedrooms upstairs. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is best for people under 50 yrs old. In a city like Paris where we did a lot of walking a first floor apartment would be better.

Losse stopcontacten en een koel/vrieskast vol met eten driehoog achter

Het appartement bevindt zich echt letterlijk driehoog achter en een smalle trap brengt je uiteindelijk naar de voordeur. Jean Michel is zeer vriendelijk en het appartementje was redelijk schoon. Echter alle kasten, hoeken en gaten stonden wel vol met spullen en rondom het toilet bijvoorbeeld voldoende schoonmaakspullen voor een jaar waardoor je daaromheen niet echt schoon kunt maken. Het feit echter dat echt alle wandcontactdozen los zaten en op de verschillenden stroompunten vervolgens nog allerlei verlengsnoeren en apparaten en lichten zaten geschakeld,bezorgde ons een akelig en onveilig gevoel. Omdat je zo ver weggestopt zit in het gebouw en er geen fire-escape is, voel je je als het ware gevangen in het geval van brand. Er kwam zelf ergens losse bedrading uit de muur. De koelkast/vrieskast en allerlei kastjes in de keuken zaten tjokvol met eten en toebehoren, ik denk dat hij dat een beetje moet managen als hij gasten in zijn huis ontvangt. Vriendelijk bedoeld maar een beetje raar om zo je keuken achter te laten. Kortom, het was best een flink bedrag om te betalen voor dit appartement.

Paris is a fabulous city ... and this apartment is very central to everything and everywhere you want to go. It's an old building, but the apartment was in good general condition. Everything was provided as described, although we basically just slept in the apartment, and were out for the remainder of the day. Good communication with the owner.

Very cozy and great owner

Early check in to accommodate our early flight. Owner was there when we arrived was cleaning from the night before which was fine. He allowed us to leave our bags and to go see the city. When we returned there were snacks water bread cheese Meats all complimentary. I highly recommend the spot although there are a lot of steps to go up, which we were notified prior to booking. Great Spot Great location great owner well done!!
