Amazing customer service. Front desk was so helpful at check in. Anticipated my needs and questions before I even knew to ask. Were very accommodating with an early and late check in request. Rooms were great - had both a king suite and cabin and both were comfortable and well-equipped.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Steps to the beach. But the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbours say and do. Units have kitchens but no proper ventilation so the room smelt of food constantly.

Great location

Staff were helpful with advice, room was excellent and loved walk-in shower. Kitchen well equipped except fridge opened the wrong way. We enjoyed meals at home as we had busy days and returned late so easy to enjoy fish and a salad and a glass of wine without having to venture out again

Rooms are very clean, I love staying here! The renovations they have done are amazing. I will stay here every time! And I do so roughly every three months. I also travel alone as a female and I always feel safe.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The location, reception, OUTSTANDING VIEW, and room were all excellent. We especially enjoyed the beach firesides, pool room and the complimentary mini golf, a fun bonus,( even though my husband won both games!) Everything was perfect, and we look forward to returning.

Fabulous bathroom, rain shower, large tiles lovely huge bath towels. Mini golf included was great with easy walk nearby, The Beach Club nearby restaurant was excellent with easy walk after dinner drinks. Hotel Staff helpful & friendly. Disappointed with no lightning of out door patio gas fire pit, but seating comfy. Nice beach and water views. Loved the artificial green turf-keeps room cleaner, comfy patio chairs. Will book again but not high Summer rates. Loved full size frig and flat top burner, dishes, pots.

Amazingly convenient rooms. Had unexpected amenities. The kitchen was easy to use and took up less space than I had imagined - didn’t notice it at all while relaxing in the room. And so so quiet! We never heard anyone coming or going. The only down side was that I would rather have paid extra for better coffee choices.
