Good start to Island holiday!

Booked last minute. Actually got the last room in the hotel and lucked out that it was an allergen free room. Check in was efficient. Both evening and morning front desk attendants were professional and friendly. Bed comfortable, bed and bath linens were nice and clean. Appreciated having the small fridge and the refillable bath amenities. Renovated room was accessible so had great roll in shower. Loved that there was an on demand coffee maker just off the lobby. Would have liked a filtered water dispenser there too. Or maybe there was one and I was just too exhausted to notice...

This is a lovely place to stay for an night or a couple of days. The woman at the front desk was efficient but also very friendly and helpful. She made a point of showing us all the ammenities. There is avery comfy lounge area with a great coffee machie. There is also a beautiful outdoor area with a bbq.

The property has many options for food and even a entertainment area for mini golf. Staff are friendly and attentive as needed. Check in was a breeze. 10 min walk to the lovely board walk.

From the moment we walked into this hotel we felt like VIP guests. Toni showed us around the property, which is so quaint and well maintained. From the shared lounge to the adorable courtyard. We were glad that there was additional parking next to the hotel, since the parking lot is pretty tight. We had a great stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Parksville!!

We LOVED that mini golf (across the road from the hotel) was included for free when you book at this hotel! We ended up going 2 times over the span of our 2 day stay (which would have cost $140!!) so it was a great value for us with two young kids! Would stay here again for sure! Staff at the front desk was also very lovely.
