With a wonderful locale in the gated community of Pawleys Plantation, this welcoming abode is just the spot to call home for your next coastal escape! Nestled alongside the Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club, this lovely home features two floors of comfort and convenience. Enjoy refreshing beverages on the screened patio, appointed with cushioned seating.


The open living space features stylish furnishings and contemporary decor alongside modern conveniences. The pristine full kitchen allows you to concoct your favorite dishes. Discover the spacious main suite on the ground floor, which features a TV, patio access, and an en suite bathroom.


Upstairs, find another suite, complete with an attached bathroom, TV, and deck access. Two additional bedrooms each have a TV and share a hallway bathroom - one has a desk set up with a printer, and the other has deck access. Added perks of this family-friendly include a dartboard and beach chairs.

Please note the living room fireplace is non-operational.

The gray chair on top balcony was broken and hurt my boyfriend’s arm when sat down. The house hardly was ever cool. Toilet in big bedroom upstairs stayed clogged. Black spots all over lamp shad in 2nd upstairs bedroom. Looks like possible mold. Other than that, it was a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay.

Townhouse is not clean

The townhouse is not clean. We found 10 roaches. There were old shoes in the living room. Empty Doritos bag in lanai. Banana peel underneath dresser. Old mop and pail in front of the outside entrance. Townhouse is nice but definitely needs a new cleaning service.

Great location at Pawleys Island

The home was well represented in photos describing the home, amenities and location. The check in process was seamless and quick. The only two things that could be improved was the amount of dog hair on the couches, floor and bedding. It would of been nice to know that this was a house that had pets living indoors. The other thing was that the thermostat could not be lowered past 72 degrees. We got a hot spell with temp of 98 degrees and the was was warmer than what we wanted it on those hot days. Other than that the house was large, nicely put together and in a great neighborhood.
